On the first day of purchasing a car from Jemm motor company the car broke down 3 times, contacted the company straight away however the company was not helpful at all they said it is nothing to do with them and and that they can't do anything due to the location you are. They said the car had a full service and had just been serviced but after having the car 9 days the service light come on also no service book was given . I had contacted the company again and again since that issue and all they say is to go through the warranty, however there is no warranty available. The dealer stated the warranty started as soon as you drive it of the garage but after so long I still can't do anything. The car doesn't even drive no more.

We looked at loads of cars in every garage around but after calling down and meting the staff we were treated brilliant, they couldn't enough for us we ended up leasing and not buying and they helped us through everything. So not only did they sell our car they got us into a new car cheaper than we could buy a second hand one for. I would strongly recommend that anyone who is thinking of leasing or buying go and talk to these people as they will sort you with the best deal that works for you and like my wife said we wouldn't go anywhere else in future even my kids and in laws have been and they got the same treatment A+

I travelled a 260 mile trip to purchase a vehicle off Jemm Motor Company. Very nice car but little effort had been put into it. On auto trader the mileage was listed at 75k. But only when I queried it due to it being listed as 85k on there website I got told it had actually done 78k. I was told the vehicle had a full service the week I collected it- in my opinion I don't think it had- the oil was black and the filters did not look new. The book wasn't even stamped until I again queried about it and they stamped it. I was told they had refurbished the wheels for me, they had just blown in silver around the edge of the alloy. Knowing this is not the company's fault but there is also silver over spray all over the vehicle which I am now going to have to pay out of my expense to rectify this as I'm 260 miles away. I was also told the car had been fully valeted inside and out. Upon arrival someone was wiping off excess dirt with a cloth. The dash was dusty- the spare wheel compartment in the boot had rubbish in it, the seats where you can pull them out had old dirt in it, lovely car but the only downside to everything is I found everything was rushed, most dealers would carry out a 32 point check if not more. I do not feel this was done. I feel if they took more time and effort into preparing there vehicles they could achieve high.I do not recommend Jemm Motor Company.
