took my van ford custom limited, in for the second time with problem with ab blue warning on dash , I told them on the phone when booking it in and second time when they called to confirm the appointment and third time when dropt van off don't do factory reset as the van has been remapt for better performance , it will wipe the remap off and it will need doing again ,,,, Well I give you one guess what they bib ,,, and was told they haven't, so I must be dreaming that my van has gone from 195 bhp back to 170 bhp And dose not perform any were near what it was like when I drop the van off ,, my van is stunning and in mint condition and no expense has ever been spared on the van from my getting it delivers from bran new after ordering it to be made to my speck ,, I won't go into other things done in a mater of a few hours of them having the van , dash cam , boot marker all over the floor ,

Purchased a New Ford Kuga 3 years ago. This is without a doubt the worst car dealership I have ever come across in my 40 Years of buying cars. Kuga wouldn't start after one days ownership. Recall work not carried out in one trip. Although I was told everything had been done. Car servicing over three years has been woeful. Car actually came back dirtier than when I took it in. Finally the called to book my Kuga in for it's first MOT. But failed to collect the car or even call to say why no one was coming. If you do want good service go to the other Jennings dealership in Stockton on Tees. My advice is give them a wide berth. I could go on but I think you will get my drift.
