I bought a Kia from Jennings Teeside Kia back in March and so far I've had no issues which is great. Its quite a big, well known dealership around the area where I live and it was clean and tidy when I was there. My Kia was very clean and that is why I would recommend them.

The whole processor buying my car from Jennings Teeside Kia was seamless enough, they were dragging their heels a bit getting the paperwork done but apart from that i cant fault them, they paid for a full tank of petrol as compensation. I reckon I would go back again if I decide to upgrade, never had a Kia before but it's the best car I've had and this is my leaving a review a full 3 months later.

I traded in two cars when purchasing my kia serento one of these cars had a personalised number plate which I have had for over 10 years. All the paper work was completed and I paid £105.00 to retain my number plate and as part of the service the garage sorted out my retention of the number plate - only they didn't. I don't own the number plate any more someone else does the garage is suppose to be trying to get back my plate, weeks later I still don't have my number plate I have been fobbed off and have had numerous nonreturned phone calls I think the after service has been direr. The number plate is worth about £1500 and my next step is to see a solicitor.
