I bought the car from Jenson Cars and since found out it isn't roadworthy and shouldn't of passed an mot it was supposed to have been serviced and mot'd. When i got back after a couple of days I noticed an oil leak and the electric mirror stopped working and it was jerking at 2000 revs in every gear. I phoned up and arranged to take it in after a week. When I turned up they hadn't got me booked in. One of the men there super glued my broken folding mirror. How does that fix an electronic folding mirror ?? I arranged to go back 5th July 2018. I took it in and got a hire car after weeks of phoning to see if it was fixed and excuses of parts were wrong etc I got it back 20th July supposedly fixed 3 weeks later. After a few days the jerking has started and other things rattling. Because of the noise and being wary I was driving my child around I had to take it to a garage near where I work where they have looked at it and serviced it and they have found numerous problems which make the car unsafe that should of been picked up on any service and some fail an mot. I haven't had the car myself long since I bought it from them as it has been back with them supposedly getting fixed. So all these problems must have been there when I was sold the car. I give up talking to them about problems as it isn't getting me anywhere and I don't trust taking the car back to them to fix all the issues safely. I like the car and need the car as I don't have any other vehicles and I need it for work and take my kid to nursery. The list is as follows The oil filter hasn't been changed even though it was supposed to be serviced, battery not bolted down missing frame, front tyres cracked and valves osf shock misting, osf wheel bearing play, central propshaft mount excessive play, oil leak still, egr valve faulty.

I purchased a car from Jenson Cars in January and I have had a fair few issues with it. I lot of which haven't been repaired by the dealer due to not being covered under warranty. I do not feel that the car is good value for money and I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

very good dealership, I bought a gold in May and up to now I have had no issues at all. They were quite helpful and The car is very good value for money. I would recommend them.
