Liars, please avoid them! They sold me an Audi Q7 which they said was perfect condition on the advert and assured me on the phone that there was nothing wrong with it. Upon returning home, I find out the engine needs to be repaired as there is a coolant leak which they did not disclose. Furthermore, the battery needed to be immediately replaced as my mechanic tested it and it was end of life. There was an undisclosed previous tire puncture repair which I only found out after the purchase when he sent me the receipt of the last service. On top of everything, there was damage to the body work on the roof of the car. When I confronted them regarding all these repairs, they eventually blocked my number. I had to use my warranty for the coolant leak repair which has almost used up the limit on it and was supposed to be used for future repairs - not undisclosed existing issues which were hidden from me. These repairs are costing thousands and I already paid almost 26k for a car which was supposed to be in perfect condition. These people lie to secure a sale and aren’t honest about the cars they sell. Do not trust them.

Firstly we would never list or imply a used car to be in perfect condition, We did not use the word perfect to describe your Audi Q7 as it has covered 80,000 miles and is some six years old. This is a used car there will always be a degree of wear and tear. We have not lied to you from start to date regarding the car or its description. You mention upon returning home you found the coolant low, however you contacted me two weeks after buying the car saying that after 600 miles your current level was low, You mentioned we did not disclose this , it is because there was not a coolant leak apparent in our posession of the vehicle. This leak was diagnosed by a garage of your choice totalling £750. and the work was then authorised and paid by bluechip warranty company which allows £1000 PER ITEM claim limit. The claim was authorised in full. I know the above is far from ideal but you have not had to pay for this, things do go wrong with cars which is why we supply a free three month warranty with our cars. We find it very odd that you are placing blame for a puncture that you have picked up along the 600 miles that you have covered yes we had a puncture rectified at the time of service. We do our upmost to try to ensure the cars are inspected at the trusted garage we use before going on our forecourt for sale. With regards to the undisclosed damage you mention it’s relates to a stone chip on the roof of the car which is starting to corrode, We also had no idea the chip was there and sold the car in good faith. you and your son both missed the chip at the point of buying the car even after a very thorough paint inspection using a paint depth meter at our dealership before buying the car, you were happy with the cars condition upon purchase. You failed to mention that I have already contributed an agreed value towards the chip repair that you originally quoted to ourselves as a gesture of goodwill even though it is not upon me to do this, given that you missed the paint chip when you originally inspected the car. Your eyes missed the chip on a sunny dry day, as did ours nothing was done to hide anything from you. As previously mentioned you have to accept some level of wear and tear given that the car has covered 80,000 miles and is a used car that is six years old. The frequency of your calls and texts and the bullying nature of your tone whilst speaking and texting means that I unfortunately did block you yes, the volume of your calls and texts were becoming too much as I mentioned to you as aswell we had recently had a bereavement in the family that I was trying to deal with alongside trying to accommodate and answer your calls and requests but you gave me no mercy, even after dealing with your requests. I do feel that I have done all I can to help you i.e. assist with the warranty claim and paying you directly a agreed Goodwill amount towards the cosmetic paint repair mentioned on the roof but my efforts still seem to fall short to your expectations and you still feel the need to write me damaging exaggerating reviews across multiple platforms when all we have actually tried all along to help you.
I have bought a very lovely car from them, it was my first time buying a car online without seeing it, but it was a great experience and they delivered the car to my house. they also gave me 12 months MOT and 3 months guaranty. overall am happy with the car and I recommend this company.

Extremely helpful. Great used car salesman . Efficient service and would thoroughly recommend you look at JJ Autocentre for any used cars you may need. I bought a Porsche Cayenne from here and will be looking to ask them again to source another family car very soon.
I recently bought a VW Eos 2007 diesel dsg from JJ Autocentre. I was really impressed with the personal service from start to finish I was collected from the train station and taken to the car front. I was really worried about buying from an independent dealer but James answered all my questions talked me through all of the service history start to finish, the car had a new mot and was in really good condition and has no water leaks. After three months of ownership I would definatley buy from JJ Autocentre again.
