I can't praise JL Vans highly enough. I bought a Vivaro which I was delighted with. After a couple of days I realised that what I thought was a smear fom the windscreen wipers was in fact scratches that I found more annoying when driving at night. Given that the van had just passed the MOT, I was expecting JL Vans to say, sorry but as it is safe fo drive, it was my problem. Far from it. Rick was fantastic. After I emailed some pics of the scratches to him he agreed for me to have the screen replaced by a local firm and JL Vans paid in full. They are true to their word. They do want their customers to be happy with their purchase as they rely on repeat business. Thanks again to Rick and Andy and the very friendly team. Vantastic service.

JL Vans were a very good van dealership. My husband even said he would buy from them again they were that good. They were very reasonable when he bought, his Ford Transit from them. The only one pain is the garage they use for warranty work isn't close to the dealership so when we had ongoing issues with the gearbox it was a bit of a hassle to get sorted but the dealership themselves were great.

I drove from Sheffield to look at a van that was priced very competetively. Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The van was just what I wanted and was exactly as described on their website. I decided to purchase the vehicle and left a deposit as I didn't want to lose the van to another customer. I arranged to pick the van up the following week as the vehicle still required valleting and was waiting for some paperwork to arrive. Rick kept in constant touch with me regarding the status of paperwork etc. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to pull out of the sale and contacted Rick. I was obviously concerned that I was going to lose my deposit but this wasn't to be the case and Rick gave me a full refund. I cannot speak highly enough of J L Vans. They gave me a fantastic shopping experience from the initial greeting to the very professional way they dealt with my problem. Although I had messed them about and ended up wasting their time they held no grudge and even wished me well. I WILL definitely be recommending them to my friends and anyone who mentions they are looking for a vehicle. Thank you very much Rick and all your team!!!

After taking a day off work to drive 2.5hrs and view a VW Caddy in showroom condition with full service history, arrived to stand around for ages while other things were dealt with only to find the van had the DPF light showing on the dash and had no service history. I was told the van just needed a thrash down the motorway? After deciding to walk away was told thanks for coming up!!!!!!! More like thanks for the days wages lost and half tank of diesel!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback. The VW commercial vehicles come with a sticker in the windscreen (from the factory) explaining how to clear the DPF filter by a good drive down the motorway. We are sorry you did not end up taking the van on the day but hope you find what you are looking for.
In October 2014 I used this dealer to buy what was then my new van. I can tell you that I had no issues when getting my van, it all went through very nice and easy and there was just no hassle. I give this van dealer a 5 star rating

A few months ago I was on the lookout for a new van. The big thing for me was that I needed the van that I purchased very quickly and JL Vans definitely made that happen with no messing around. I am very to recommend JL Vans in Warrington to others

Finance, warranties are available as well as part exchanges for those who may wish to trade in their existing van. This dealership is open 6 days a week and is closed on Sundays.
