I love my Audi A3, and everything is as I expected it to be. Jay was really good, and he answered all the questions. We were meant to come to see the car at 4.30pm, but the traffic was horrendous, and we did not get to JMV Cars until around 6.15pm. Jay stayed behind 15 minutes late, and I really appreciated this and how accommodating he was. The car was presented well and had been valeted to a very high standard. From making the initial inquiry to JMV Cars in Gravesend to the handover of my Tesla Model 3 the staff at this dealership moved heaven and earth to help me. I did not have to lift a finger and they did all the work for me. It was a hassle free service and an experience I will not forget in a hurry. A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience from start to finish. I cannot fault Jay; he was phenomenal at what he does. His expertise was second to none and he really knew what he was talking about when it came to the cars he was selling. I'm over the moon with my VW Beetle. JMV Cars were very patient. I was waiting for a payout to come through, which took a little bit longer than I expected. They held onto the Mercedes for me, which I thought was really good of them. I cannot fault Tom or any of the guys at the dealership; they were all amazing. 👍

As a first-time buyer, I was both excited and a little nervous. The prospect of owning a van for the first time felt like a big step. I started my search on Auto Trader, a reputable platform where I could explore various options. JMW caught my attention. I chose them because they were a top-rated dealer. Rick, the salesman who dealt with me, was amazing. His expertise put me at ease right away, and he gave me all the time I needed to give the van a good inspection. I'm over the moon with my Vauxhall Vivaro; it runs like a dream and does just what I need it to.

Jay, the salesperson who looked after me during the purchase of my Land Rover, was brilliant. From start to finish, Jay worked very hard to make sure it was plain sailing. What stood out the most about him was his laid-back approach and non-pushyness. He talked me through all the paperwork step by step so things were clear, and he made sure everything was ready when I went to collect the car, so there was no waiting around for too long. Thank you for making everything so simple and stress free.

On the 28th of February I went to collect my 2013 bmw x1 from jmv cars gravesend. 3 days before collection I went to view it and was so happy on how the car was looking and what good condition it was in & the customer service and professionalism was 10/10, whilst looking at the car I pulled up the mot which had failed on tyres&seized brake cailpers, & was assured that all the work had been carried out for it to then be passed. 3 weeks after having the car going down motorway both rear wheels locked up with my other half and 2 year old son in car which nearly caused a collision. After having the car recovered to my local garage they discovered that the car had both rear calipers seized, front tyres were just below minimum which tells me no repair work was carried out. Which then backs up the mot should still of been failed. Before work commenced I rang jmv cars and explained and the words I got back where ‘ isn’t anything we can do your have to go through warranty’ full well knowing the warranty doesn't cover hardly anything. after ringing warranty and being told no parts where covered I then had to spend 1600 myself on a car I have had for about 3 weeks. They didn't want anything to do with the situation when I first rang and the car was undriveable and I live a good 30 minutes away. Can't fault their customer service and their performance but I would never trust their cars or mots again. I am just thankful that this whole experience wasn’t a different outcome.

JMV cars is a poor excuse for a business. False details of cars they are selling, send you home with wrong keys and then when you ask for support to get it resolved they blank you. Tried to reach them via Facebook messenger and they have now blocked me there. Give false names when called and promise to call back which never happens and and Jay who works there appears to be quite happy to lie through his teeth. Honestly I can’t advise you strongly enough to avoid this garage. Rather then help resolve something which is covered by warranty they simply hide… They are now selling my old car WM65 DMZ with completely false details (which by the way Jay claims is something they don’t have control over)
