The car is absolutely fantastic! I have never had an EV before this one, I thought it would take me a lot longer than it did to get used to it but it has been a very easy transition. The charger was easy to set up, my tariff is set to charge during off peak hours so I get night rates on this and it's the smoothest thing I have ever driven. The service was excellent too, I couldn't speak any high of a company. Well done JMV Cars and thank you Matt.

I think this would be my 3rd car from JMV Cars, they are always great cars and it's always a nice experience dealing with the lads. We treated ourselves to a Mercedes A Class for me and the missus and the car is great, we haven't drive much and there a couple minor bits which need addressing however, Jay has told us when we get back, give him a call and we will get the car booked in for some repairs. Great quality service and a company I would highly recommend.

The car drives great, looks great and is a massive upgrade for me compared to my old Corsa. I have never had anything as nice as my new 2 series and I am really impressed with it. I have noticed an error message relating to the left indicator which has flashed up a couple times and I am working with the JMV team to get this resolved. Matt was great with the service side of things, allowed me to test drive the car, he was very helpful and answered all the questions I threw at him.

I couldn't possibly be any happier with my new Mini Countryman, it's a fantastic car and there is no concerns with it at all. Matt was very nice to deal with, in fact, all the staff are lovely and the service has been exceptional start to finish. Lovely dealership who treat the big spenders and the affordable car buyer the same.

JMV are the best of the best when it comes to dealerships, they are ranked #1 in Gravesend and I reckon that accolade could stretch further. This is my first time dealing with Jay and with JMV Cars, the service was incredibly friendly and professional through out, the car is excellent, I had an Audi Q2 before but I have had my eye on the Toyota CHR's for a long while. I look the shape and overall aesthetic of them, I have a friend who I go the gym with who used to be salesmen for Toyota and he spoke very highly of these cars, finally, I have spoken to a few owners when I have seen the cars out and about and they have said great things about them. I am very satisfied with my decision, I love the cars to bits and have done a fair few trips out in it. Jay was brilliant but I can't fault any of the staff at JMV to be honest. Great service from a cracking dealership.

I am really happy with JMV Cars, the service they offered while buying my new car and my new Jaguar F Pace is great too. I had a Volkswagen Touareg before, this in my opinion is more car for the money and a step up. The performance aspect is a big appeal, I love the colour and it's so comfortable to drive. I didn't go out specifically looking for the F Pace but I needed something which could compete with my old car and I am confident I made the right choice.

I have never really been one for leaving full marks, maybe if my shoes were shined and I was gifted a bottle of Moët on arrival I would put it up there but truthfully, I have absolutely no complaints or concerns in dealing with JMV Cars. The experience start to finish has been exceptional, the team really friendly and informative, the cars in great condition and really well prepped, the process was quick and hassle free.. I am very happy with everything start to finish. It's my wife's car which I purchased for her, she has had lots of similar cars to this and is really happy with. I purchased a BMW X3 from JMV Cars. I was initially disheartened as there were a couple issues with the car in the early stages however, the team at the dealership were apologetic, they had the car straight back from me and have fixed the issue without hesitation or excess delay. The sales side of things was quick, straight forward and the staff were very welcoming. Post sale, I didn't feel like a hindrance for having issues, I was welcomed back, the problem was solved and sent on my merry way with the pretence if anything else goes wrong, I'll be met with the same happy to help attitude. Obviously, full marks would be if the issue hadn't happened at all but I can't fault how well this was handled.
