Purchased a Jazz from Cambridge! I have in the past purchased several Honda cars, and always been very well pleased with the way I have been treated by Paul Collins . Paul made every effort to make the transaction as straight forward as possible ( I am an elderly lady) and felt very comfortable with the advice and suggestions that he gave me. I found the experience less daunting than I feared.

The reception staff were efficient, pleasant and informative. Comfortable waiting area with free coffees and accessible toilets. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle by staff and electronically with the free Wi-Fi.

From booking a test drive to collecting my new car the salesman was very efficient and helpful. In fact he was able to source my new Jazz in the chosen colour in just a couple of weeks. Amazing!

Took the car in at the allotted time and was told it would available to collect in about two hours. I turned within that time frame and the repair had been done and the car valeted. It was explained that a sample of the paint to seal a non visible scratch caused by the problem needed to be order but that it would be couriered to my home once it arrived - which it has.
Car booked in for service and MOT, collection and return to home. Collected and returned when they said they would. Work completed and car returned washed and vacuumed. Very good service.
Love my new Honda HRV. The smart showroom shows off the new but there is also a great used choice. Really good buying experience, we were given chance to think about our purchase then all paperwork was signed on line. Thanks Will.
