I have used John R Ford of Shefford for all my servicing and repairs since owning a Ford vehicle. The service has always been excellent and the most recent visit required a huge amount of diagnostics and extensive work which has been done to the highest of standards. In particular I should like to thank Steve the service manager who kept me informed of progress throughout and the technician for a very thorough job. I recommend this company to any Ford owner.

My vehicle went in to the Shefford dealership with multiple warning lights. The work turned out to be quite extensive whereby the seats and carpet had to be removed to repair the problem. The work was carried out by a very careful mechanic/ Technician who put the vehicle back together without rattles or marks on the interior..He also worked late on Friday to complete the job ready for me to collect. I would highly recommend this company to all Ford owners.

I had my Ford Kuga serviced at Royston branch, the whole experience was most satisfying. From arrival to departure I was looked after very well and the service completed in quick time and the car washed efficiently. I would recommend this location and most certainly return as and when required.

What a terrible service I received at John R Ford & Sons. I took my new Fiesta for a service. Not only did they mark the side of it, they denied doing so, rudely so, may I add. I was forced to take to the Ombudsman who I am still pursuing. Would avoid at all costs.
