This is our second vehicle from Jubilee, throughout this process we were excellently looked after by Dave Wagstaff, nothing was too much trouble, this included numerous guidance phone calls, a home demo visit and finally a home delivery.
I have to say that Dave has considerable levels of experience, but the critical aspect of his job is his understanding and dedication when dealing with people who have a disability.

Dave was absolutely good as gold. He came to the house and was so polite.
He explained to my wife about the car in every small detail, If there was anything she did not understand he was very patient and explained so that she understood. He went through all the paperwork so that we both knew what it said clearly.Me and my wife were so pleased with David, he has such a nice personality.
David is a very good in the line of work he does, I don't normally write reviews about anything but this one I think is well worth writing about. I would like to give David 5 stars without a doubt. Five
Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍. If I could give more then 5 stars then it would be 10 😀

David Wagstaff was nothing but professional and very knowledgable about the cars in stock. The whole purchase process was without stress and David was very understanding and compassionate while we had to delay the purchase for a few weeks due to family health reasons. Our brief communication with other staff was equally pleasant and professional.

We needed a vehicle that would meet my wife's needs and still be practical as her condition changed. What we got from Jubilee was VW a that fully meets our needs,that we are delighted with. As important as the car is we also include the service offered before we decide.
Both criteria was met and leaving us feeling we had made the right choice. Our salesman Wayne Vitta we rate as highly as the car.
We realise purchasing a WAV is stressful.The quality of car and the quality of the salesman has made this decision so easy
We recommend Jubilee it's products and its staff, as your first choice when purchasing.

We went to Jubilee at Wednesbury because of the selection of vehicles available.
I was looking for a vehicle that had a lift fitted rather than a cut floor and they had just the right configuration I was looking for.

Car was not serviced prior to purchase, only the book was stamped to say they looked at it. New battery required. Had battery drain issues from the start which I have found are known througout the industry with this modification plus the people who modify the vehicles and yet Jubilee claimed to know nothing of this. They do not contact you back. They withhold vital information that would make a difference in making a descision about purchasing one of their modified WAV cars. Would not buy from them again and found so many other better nicer traders out there.
