Purchased a white BMW M240i from Junction 17 (Rugby branch) just over two weeks ago. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and I somewhat regret choosing Junction 17. The vehicle I purchased was quite a nice example otherwise I wouldn't have delt with Junction 17 Rugby's terrible communication. The manager was initially polite and keen to assist, however, often lacked technical knowledge about the vehicle. I asked questions regarding the vehicle's specification, any modifications it had undergone and overall condition but was repeatedly met with vague or uncertain responses. Despite my efforts to clarify these points before purchase, I was left without clear or complete information. Before paying, I agreed with the manager that the vehicle would undergo certain checks and preparation at a garage. He confirmed this was no problem and that I’d be provided with the garage invoice confirming the work. After sending payment, communication immediately dropped off. I emailed and messaged several times over the next week asking for confirmation that the work had been completed. I received no response. Out of frustration, I visited the dealership in person. Where the manager and his colleague both reassured me that the work had been done and documentation was on the way — they just needed to receive it from the garage's finance department. They again promised it would be sent to me shortly. On the day of vehicle collection, I still hadn’t received anything. The manager and his colleagues once again told me I’d be sent the garage invoice as soon as they had it, even stating that they'd send it by the end of the day. One week after collection: no document. I call — no answer. I’m told someone will call me back. No one does. I call again. Same story. I'm told to email aftercare and assured I’ll receive a reply within five working days. I send the email. That was over a week ago — still no reply. I call again. I explain my frustrations once more to the operator and they explain that they are unable to get a hold of the Rugby branch however will make sure that I get a call back. At this point I've heard this same story almost 5 times and I'm tired of it. What do you know I never received that call. About a week later I was reached out to by Junction 17 requesting a review, I explained to the operator my experience and he told me he understood my concerns and would do his best to chase up on the issue. It's been over a week and I never heard back from anyone. At the time of writing, it has been well over a full month since I was promised the documentation & a month since I collection day when I was assured that they'd have it to me by the end of the day. I have been completely ignored across multiple emails, phone calls, and direct requests. I'm tired of chasing and believe I have given Junction 17 plenty of chances, I have receipts of all my attempts at reaching and am leaving this review here to warn others. I believe I've been incredibly patient, but this has now gone beyond unprofessional. The moment they had my money, all sense of accountability disappeared. If you value communication, honesty, and transparency, avoid Junction 17 Rugby. Based on my experience, once the money is transferred, you're on your own.

Overall, I was happy with the car and the service provided. Before I collected the car, there was a service and a few bits that needed doing, and they were all completed, which I was happy with. The only thing was that the paintwork was supposed to be done as well and was not. However, Nathan knocked some money off for me, so that was good.

After purchasing the Seat Leon, I have had a few issues, but I emailed the aftersales team and they advised me to get it booked in for diagnostics, which is good. On the day of the purchase, the salesman was friendly and waived the admin fee as there were a few marks on the car, which I appreciated.

I am happy with the purchase. Everything from the inspection to the handover was great, and the car has also been excellent with no issues. The only thing that stopped it from being a five-star experience was the part exchange. There were some delays, which led to additional costs that I should not have had to pay.

The Tesla is my dream car I'm loving it. The location was very convenient for me and the transaction was very smooth it only took a couple of days to complete the process. I dealt with Nathan - he helped a lot and took his time to explain the specs of the car. There's lots of nice cars there and they are spotless!

I haven't done many miles so far but the car is lovely. I can't remember their names but I dealt with a couple of sales staff who were very friendly and nice. If they have the right car for the right price I'd definitely go back.
