We found the Mini Coutryman on Autotrader and is brilliant. It’s really nice and I’m really enjoying it. I'd give the overall experience four stars. Buying the Jaguar was very good, and everyone at the dealership was really helpful while I was there. There were a couple of bits of bodywork that needed doing and they sorted those out. I've got no qualms about the buying side of things at all. The only issue has been the aftersales support. When I left the dealership, the car already had a low battery warning, and I mentioned it at the time because I thought it had probably just been sitting for a while. The warning is still there. I have emailed the aftersales team, although I am still having the issue and haven't received a response since. I would have hoped for them to help, as it was within a month of the purchase, but other than that, I was happy with the buying experience.

I knew I wanted a Taycan. It drives well, its comfortable and a good purchase. I compared it with others but l liked the colour so went to Junction 17. First time using them. I found they were helpful. My finance company were alittle slow on payout but the dealership released the car. Took about a week to sort finance out then I got the car. Cent complain about the staff, they were great.
