Saw the car advertised and I was in the area so went to have a look at it, I was happy with the car so I went for it. All the staff I dealt with were good but I found it hard to communicate with aftercare when I had the problem. Heidi was helpful and the problem was resolved in the end. The presentation from the garage themselves was on point.

I'd been looking for a year for a specific car and saw one on the internet. It was at the right price so I went to see it. They were all really helpful and polite at Junction 17. Described the car to me and it was ready for me to drive it away. Liv dealt with me, really good service from him. He was friendly and approachable. I would use again and recommend them to others.

The whole experience at 17’s Rugby branch was very good. They couldn’t have done much better to be honest. All the staff were great I would 100% recommend them.

I’m very happy with the GT86 so far! The only gripe I have is that I'm still waiting for the V5C after a month. I’m still giving the experience 5 stars as Tom was a delight to deal with throughout the sale. I was initially looking at an MX5 as I had one before and I was looking for a manual driver's car. I later did a Costco shop and realised I probably wouldn’t be able to fit everything into the boot. The GT86 was the natural step up.

Dealt with couple of lads there and they were ace! Originally trying to get in touch was a bit difficult but as soon as I had been to the branch and was in touch with the lads there it were easy. On the Sunday I collected it I was nearer one of their other branches so they offered to bring the car to the other branch to make it easier for me to collect. Everything was perfect!

Customer service at Junction 17 was very good. I did have a problem as I had travelled such a long way to the garage and my friend had dropped me off. I had a walk around of the car and was happy so knew I was going to buy it however the bank transfer took a while to go through but the manager stayed late until it was cleared which I was happy with that. They did everything they could for me. Only slight issue is the wrong tyres were fitted but I've not taken it back for this due to the distance but just felt it could have been checked prior to purchase.
