Loving the Mercedes SL, I had one a while back and had an itch I wanted to scratch, so I went for it. There were a few things I had to sort out, but I knew that when I bought the car. The experience was fine, it was typical. They want to get as much as they can for the car, and I want to pay as little as I can.

Came across Junction 17 on AutoTrader whilst looking specifically for the Astra. The car has been fine, although the aftersales was not great, there was an error with the advertisement, as the mileage was not correct and there was no parcel shelf or floor mats, so I contacted them and was told I'd receive them but unfortunately never did. Due to the car running well, that is the reason I'd give it a three star rating.

The car was purchased on behalf of a friend, it was all very professional, and the person who the car is for has been getting on well with it.

Really enjoying my new Alfa Romeo. I’d been looking at them for a while, and then I happened to be in Peterborough for work and had some time to go and view it, and it was exactly what I wanted at a good price, so I went for it. I was seen to straight away, and everything was quite simple. I dealt with Umesh, and he was really easy to get on with. He seemed a similar age to me, so it was easy to have a good conversation, and he was informative as well. I really can’t fault anything. Any questions I had, they knew the answers, and everything was handled without any issues.

I was very happy with the friendly salesman, ( I believe his name was Tom.) The deal we came to including accepting my car for trading in was what I was looking for and so far the car bought has been great. A full warranty is part of the sale and the car preparation was exceptional.

Efficient high level of customer service.

It’s my first electric car, so there are quite a few things I’ve had to look up to get used to it, but I’m really happy with it and had a charger fitted today. The buying experience was fine and really quick. I actually got everything sorted within a couple of hours, which was impressive. They had a wide selection of cars, it is a bit of a distance from me in Liverpool, although if they had a performance again that I wanted, I would return.

I’ve been getting on great with my BMW 4 Series, everything’s going really well, and I’m really pleased with it. I’ve always liked BMWs, having had a 1 Series before, Junction 17 was great as well. I dealt with Toby and Brad, I’d definitely come back again and would recommend them too.
