The sale all went fine, the only thing I would say is there is a little issue that still not been completed, however they are aware so just waiting to get that done. In regards to the buying process, it was a good experience it all went quickly and smoothly. The dealership was a nice place to be in. The staff were friendly, they let us test drive, and the guy we dealt with mainly was very personable, we felt comfortable throughout. We went home happy with the car, it has been great since. There is a few niggles, some we knew about, some that came up after test drive and purchase, so can't knock JUnction 17 for that. Overall it has been a great process, we would recommend this dealership.

Everything has been absolutely grand with the car, the service from Brad was fantastic from start to finish. The only issue I had with the car was the wipers needed replacing but apart from that all absolutely fine. The service was quick and easy. 5 out of 5.

So far so good for us. This is the second vehicle we've had from here, we did a swap with our old one for this one. And were very pleased with the service. The car was valetted spotlessly for us. I would say Junction 17 are now becoming a trusted and reliable dealership for us, as we have yet to have a bad experience and for that reason I'd rate them 5 stars.

Good experience on a part exchange on a Vantage for a RR Velar. Accommodating and easy to deal with, discounted 1 star due to admin delay in sending log book out post sale, had to chase this a week later and still not done online until chased. And another star as there is an issue with the parking sensors.

Purchased an Audi A5, love it, great vehicle, and most importantly the dogs fit haha! Junction 17 is such a good business, they were customer focused and I felt valued. The whole experience of getting are car from here was faultless. Very happy and wouldn't give anything less than the much deserving full marks.

I recently got a ford Mustang from here, it was a straightforward in and out process. I knew what I wanted so there was no messing around everything was done quickly. I have really been enjoying the car so far. The only issue I have had is that the battery died the other day and it set off the alarm, I have jump started it for the time being but apart from that everything is completely fine.

I am over the moon with Junction 17 and my car. I went for an Audi S3, I said to myself I would only drive it once a week.. that has gone out the window haha I love it! David who sold me the car couldn't have done more for me, he is still in contact with me every now and then to see how I am doing which I appreciate. It has been some of the best customer service I've had. It was the first time I had gone to purchase a car by myself which was nice. I have already recommended the dealership to quite a few friends and would 100% go back to them again, hopefully not anytime soon! If I could rate more than a 5 star I would.
