All going great, everything’s fine with it. It was nice and simple at Junction 17, everyone were friendly, easy process. Kieran was good, you could tell he was new but he did quite well. Can’t really complain. I would definitely go back in the future

Spot on with the car, no problems and the dealership were spot on aswell. I knew what car I was looking for and they had one in amazing condition so bought it, there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble, they were friendly. Toby helped me, he did everything well. Explained the car and showed me round, no worries at all. I was quite happy with the trade in price. I’m finding the switch to electric good.

Its going fabulous with the car, im loving it and It was fantastic at the dealership, with all the cars they have, second to none. Staff were amazing. They took me seriously, they were brilliant. I’ve been using a BMW branch for years because of their service but Junction 17 were second to none. I will be returning in the future.

Getting on well with the Tesla, its very sophisticated. Getting used to it but Im pleased. My experience with Junction 17 was pleasantly easy. I really enjoyed the walkthrough with no hard pressure sales which was great. I dropped the score as the car could have had a battery charge and tyre pressures sorted before I drove off, apart from that I felt the process was pretty easy.

Cars great, I'm enjoying it. I went to Junction17 as it was the first mini I saw and I fell in love with it. The dealership stayed late to accommodate us, they were really good. The salesman was Joshua, he was really nice and friendly. The process could have been a little smoother but otherwise it was amazing.

Its an alright car. No problem at all with the staff, happy with the service, the chap couldn’t have been more helpful. Picked it up the next day, handover was fine. I've been here before looking at cars and know they sell they don’t sell rubbish. I cant really complain about the car or the service. I never give top marks but they have always been pretty friendly. If anybody’s asks me about where to go for a car I always say Junction 17

I've had vehicles off them before and they sell some nice cars. I did a trade in and wanted something with less miles and more economical, it just needs bits and pieces sorting. I've not received the V5 and I have an issue with the running lights but I've spoken to the dealership and they are working with me on it. I was able to drive away in my new car the same day.

Seen the car on Autotrader and one of the nice looking 4 series. Staff were good, very nice and accommodating. Told them I would buy it pending the test drive and hopefully drive it away because i drove along way to see it, they had organsied it all got the car ready. All done in one day. I felt they were honest and didn’t over sell, they let me have a look over the car, laid back approach, that's what l like.
