I just loved the colour of the BMW M4 that Junction 17 had when I saw it online. The salespeople there were fantastic, I would definitely go back. Only fault is that the light keeps coming up with a fault but I've not had chance to let them know yet.

I saw the Toyota GT86 whilst looking for a second car to use at weekends. I couldn’t resist it. It was one of my dream cars. I had a little issue with the ABS, which Junction 17 sorted out really quickly, so I was really happy about that. Elijah was brilliant and dealt with the whole thing. He let us have a look at the car, and I came back a few days later to pick it up.

My wife did most of the purchase, although I made some calls and did some of the online side of things with the main department. As far as we were concerned, the service from Junction 17 was great, and we have been enjoying the Mazda MX-5.

This is my first electric car, so it was different at first, but it didn’t take long to get used to. The customer service at Junction 17 was fine, and everything went through quite easily with no problems anywhere. I don’t see any reason why I shouldn’t give the overall experience five out of five.

Initial contact went well. Follow up visit not so much. Initial greeting was brief acknowledgement and directed to waiting area where I was left unattended and ignored for quite a while. Eventually I went looking for someone to help me with my intended purchase The rest went reasonably smoothly
