Shocking. 1 Star is too generous. This bunch clearly have the moral and ethical compass, lower than a snakes belly, They exploited my situation (maybe that's their business model) but even then, the car sold was overpriced, riddled with faults (ECU diagnosed faults day 5 of ownership, and a finance company nominated engineer report confirming faults known and more. Lies after lies, and a coward they call the Director who won't deal with people his staff rip off. Good business? No , but you may just find that you've done this, one too many times. Let's see what civil proceedings yield. I would avoid this shambles of a company like the plague with covid

bought a sports car from them in 2019 when i came to trade in found out it had been a insurance cat s previously. after constant calls emails etc I had to take them to court to resolve the issue. the owner has never even bothered to speak to me . I have since taken to the small claims court and they told me they never received anything from the courts. now issued a ccj against the company and I am waiting to enforce it. do not waste your hard earned cash with this company. I feel people should be made aware they will take your money and run
Last week i bought a Mercedes C class from JCT 29 Select. Phil was really patient and knowlegable and answered my hundreds of questions i had about the car. he wasnt pushy at all and i had a right laugh with him. cars absolute immaculate, and they even put 4 new tyres on for me which i thought was a nice touch. they offered me a suprising amound more than we buy any car for my p/x as well. ill be coming back for my next car .
DON'T DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR BUT CANNOT GIVE ANY LESS. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought a van from these jokers but made the mistake of not reading any real reviews before purchase. On the test drive the van had a warning light showing a fault with the reversing sensors but I was told not to worry as this would be rectified before it was delivered to me 150 miles away. When the delivery driver arrived the fault was still showing. I telephoned to tell them and was told it was their mistake as they had failed to tell the garage that did the PDI check to cancel the fault code. I was told to take it to a garage and get it cancelled. Of course this was impossible to cancel as there was a fault that had never been corrected. Their 3 month RAC warranty appears to not exist as they have never replied to any of my 3 emails. In addition I’ve never received the V5C even after 10 weeks. I will not be wasting any more time or effort on this bunch of “professionals” Like I said, buyer beware, just don’t even go there.

My experience with Junction 29 Select has been a nightmare from beginning to end. I made full payment over a month ago and am yet to receive the documentation promised INCLUDING THE V5 LOGBOOK or any evidence of any attempt to transfer ownership. I have made several attempts to contact the dealership including a formal letter delivered via recorded delivery requesting a refund and have been lied to or ignored at every attempt. I genuinely can not fathom how a car dealership can sell a car without any evidence of transfer of ownership and expect to get away with it. The issue is now with my bank who I am hopeful will organise a full refund of the money spent with Junction 29 in good faith. I hope any prospective customers reading this will take heed of my warning and go somewhere more reliable. These guys are no more than thieves and liars.

Do not buy from Junction 29 Car Sales after sales is shocking you just get fobbed off all the time. They tell you they ordered the part which is absolute bull crap cos they haven't ordered the part at all. So stay away and save your money. Now I am having to go down the court route to get this sorted
