Complete con artist sold me a car which broke down after 2 days of being on the road and is denying all responsibility. Having to go down the legal route. Avoid Junction City Cars at all costs !!!!!!! I believe the autotrader reviews and the addresses are all FAKE

I purchased a car of Junction Cars Ltd T/a as junction city in Shipley . I put in the wrong fuel and ended up driving a petrol car with Diesal, I think I damaged the engine and despite numerous calls they have failed to refund my money back that I’m rightly entitled to . I have taken them to court but just been informed no longer trading . Wish I bought car from a large reputable garage to be honest but my sister has had bad experience with these large garages to so in future probably just buy a new car and claim insurance if anything happens .

Everyone that has had a negative experience does need to report it to Trading Standards, please do that if you haven't done so already.
I'm a victim of this fake 'dealership' junction cars. I've bought a car from them, picked up the car from the address in Bradford /Shipley. Happened to have lots of issues with my purchase. Apparently these people don't have a billing address. I've been to their address(Leeds and Dewsbury) found on autotrader, one of them it is the Andrew's Page shop in Leeds. The address in Dewsbury does not exist either, because the special delivery letter sent by me was returned back to my address. They have no any traceable address or any address for correspondence. Refuse to answer emails or phone calls. I've contacted the autotrader, they've promised to start their investigation but after reading other people's reviews and complaints apparently the autotrader do not bother to resolve this matter.I understand that this is a very clever scheme but we need to stick together and find their address to take them to court. My advice to everyone who's been scammed by these people to proceed with your investigation and complains to all the authorities possible, starting with consumer rights(phone number 0345 404 0506), autotrader customer security (phone number 0330 303 9001) and even police or crimestoppers. If everyone will make a complain we might be heard by someone.

I’ve just been ripped off through auto trader under the name of Car Revolution , has anybody actually got any money back of this scammer
I'd recommend Junction City Cars to anyone because from start to completion of the transaction, I was treated with respect and courtesy, the whole process was satisfactorily monitored at all times, I must admit that I was somewhat perturbed by the technicalities associated with the driving of the Vehicle but time was taken to explain and instruct me on these matters and I felt confident to venture forward without any anxieties whatsoever. Altogether a very enjoyable experience from Junction City, highly recommend.

Con artists. Warranty is worth nothing. Only had car one day when lights started coming on. They refused to help. I’ve spent £600 on it in four weeks to now be told it needs a new engine. Adam is cocky and arrogant seems friendly and helpful till something goes wrong then you see his other side. Please do not buy a car from Junction City Cars. I’m having to persue this through small claims court.

Exactly the same has happened to me .... Got a car on 21/10/2019 with warning lights already on. Cars maximum speed reaches upto 38 mph. Comes with fraudulent MOT. Engine was changed but never told me before purchase neither any of their advertisement said so. Now not attending phone or not responding to email. Just picked up once and said I've to wait till coming Tuesday for his response ... Its a big scam in my opinion ripping people off their money for crap cars. I am thinking of ways how to deal with the matter ....

Same happened to me. We've recently bought a car from this so called dealership. Lots of issues with the car, refused to provide the 12 months warranty, not answering emails, phone calls , bouncing off any letters sent to all their possible addresses. All the addresses provided are fake. Please research all the bad reviews on google about these people and please please make a complaint to Trading Standards and the Autotrader . The more complaints they have on this dealer the more chances someone will make an effort to start chasing them.

Everyone has had a very similar experience and I'm no different. He wouldn't let me test drive the car - should have know then really! But the car looked ok and Adam was friendly (at first) so I bought the car and on my first drive it was faulty and I've been unable to drive it for months because it can't get fixed, there's no warranty which was promised. All the booklets he gave were from 2013 and not valid. All the business addresses are either false or no longer in use. His solicitor has even stopped responding - probably because they're overwhelmed with complaints. It's likely due to the similar faults we've all experienced that he's selling cars that have been written-off. Every single aspect of this 'business'... from the lack of correspondence, cars that are not fit for purpose, no warranty, the list goes on and on... it's fraud. As of 15/11/19 Auto Trader have taken Junction City off their system so only all the fake positive reviews are showing AND Adam's deleted all the cars he was selling off his website. Please do contact TRADING STANDARDS and the POLICE FRAUD team about this - the more of us that can report Junction City the better. It's unfair that he has caused so much stress and financial hardship to so many people. He'll continue to dissolve and set up new businesses. Finally, anyone thinking about buying from Junction City - just don't! Any positive reviews are fake and made up by him.

God I can’t believe how many people have had the same experience. I rang trading standards and have provided a whiteness statement as they are taking legal action. I myself have started court action and they are not responding at all. I just hope we can all get our money back but it’s not looking good. In the meantime my car has blown up. Good luck every

Just purchased a Vauxhall Adam for our daughter from junction cars in Dewsbury. The car was in excellent condition and delivered on time . Our daughter thought it was a new car as the CO I was as described immaculate. Highly recommend this dealer .

Junction City Cars aremorally Horrendous. I saw a car on Auto trader and decided it looked good and all my checks on HPI and weather it had been written off were done including looking at the last MOT Cert on the direct GOV web page... I got finance approved through a good company luckily.. The car was delivered a few days later, i had asked to test drive it but they assured me it was in fantastic condition and was being valeted. On 1st inspection the car was good and drove fine although the guy who delivered it was in a rush and i just thought it was due to the 7pm delivery time and he wanted to getb home. The following day i started noticing problems firstly there was NO screen wash system in the car... i then noticed all the bumpers had been replaced badly and resprayed.. Then i found out there was a coolant leak and that the horn did'nt work and the airbag been deployed.. So i called to return the vehicle as i was well within my right to do so within the 1st 30 days. He stated that the car was fine on delivery and he would instruct his solicitors the finance company have been fantastic and solved the issue for me but the dealer is shocking! If you know what is good for you you will STAY CLEAR of this CON ARTIST !!

Same thing happened with the car I purchased from "Adam". Have you complained to Trading Standards yet? I would highly recommend doing so.
Bought and paid for a car from Junction City Cars on the 4th of june it is now end of July the carr has been cancelled as is my right under cooling off period due to needing repaired and they refuse to return my money
