To be offered as many test drives as we wanted (we had two) and absolutely no pressure to make our minds up. Well what can I say just audi in Lincoln probably the best garage we have dealt with ,we dealt with James what a gent, we had been dealing with James on the phone on a few occasions and nothing to much trouble, so we finally arrives at garage, he brought the car out it was the wow factor he had done everything on it so if we brought it we could take home and we did the was no dust on the dust , thanks James you are a star.

Second visit for a pre arranged test drive of an A3. Salesman new from my previous visit that I specifically wanted auto gear box and a vehicle that would be commportable longdistance motorway type driving. No automatic provided - manual only available. Test 'drive' limited to short spin round local country lanes and back to garage. Won't be going back to Just Audi VW in Lincoln.

I have previously bought a car from Just Audi VW Lincoln and subsequently used them for all the servicing and MOT etc. The service received has always been second to none. I therefore decided to use them again for my new car. My contact on both occasions was Nathan. The car that I wanted was not in stock so he sourced the vehicle from elsewhere, had the car bought over to Lincoln for me to look at. At no time did he apply any sales pressure, but was extremely helpful with every aspect of the negotiation and sale. The car was ready for collection on time, beautifully clean and Nathan made the paperwork side of things very very easy.
