Brought a car from here 18 months ago for £8000 it has done 55,000 miles. Engine warning comes on they charge me £96 to give me a quote for £3200. Ring a specialist Citroen garage none dealer £1000 to fix!!! Absolute con artists do not trust sales or repairs

Very disappointed with the service I received. After not accepting a. Finance deal for a new citroen I decided to go down the second-hand market route. Told BIlly the salesman at the Keighley branch what I wanted he it was agreed he would contact me a couple of days later - over 2 weeks later I still haven't heard a thing from them . I've got the feeling the dealership that BIlly and the sales manager have "thrown their dummies out of their dealership cot" !!!!!! Because the offer and finance was not taken there an then. JUST CITROEN - JUST LOST A CUSTOMER - JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

A dealership shouldn't contradict a customer reporting a fault with a car then leave the receptionist to deal with the baffled customer. That's the Service Manager's job - he should come out to give a reasoned explanation that treats the customer with respect.
