Brought car in August problem from day one told on test drive two keys full dealer history none of these but they sewer talk you. Then fault found in three days took over a week to get back to me as can only email faults no calls allowed another week to get it looked at but part was ordered after three weeks nothing even though kept chasing. Booked it into main dealer as I had there warranty not the crap dealer warranty where nothing is ever covered and found the whole air con system was damaged compressor had broken causing small parts of break shard to fill whole system the fuses had been removed to stop compressor running and some sort of anti leak stuff and overfilled with gas. Tried numerous times to discuss a resolution or a gesture or contribution nothing I have email and called twenty plus times still nothing as as I needed the car to actually use to get to work and back I had to pay the £4.500 bill to repair properly.

Avoid this dealer at all costs, unfortunately you are unable to leave 0 stars but this most definitely warrants it! I purchased an Audi A3 from here back January 2025. It was advertised as a faultless car which couldn’t have been further from the truth. Within 4 days the car has serious faults, the warranty i purchased with the car also refused to pay up at first ,causing more stress and delay, as i took the car to Audi to make the repairs. They argued the labour could’ve been done cheaper elsewhere (when sold the product this was not mentioned, only that the warranty covered up to the value of the vehicle regardless or engine or electrical problems). When speaking with a manager there, this seems to come out of JW Autos set aside warranty pot, probably why they declined! I was also being forced to run 2 cars until June 2025 as the one i purchased was completely un-drivable going into limp Mode every-time but this got too expensive and was forced to sell my car. We are now in October 2025 and 2 of many major issues with the car have been resolved. I have problems with the car daily and this sale and experience has been the worst experience i have had in my life. I have now reached out to the Motor Ombudsman to settle the complaint unless JW Autos can provide an appropriate solution which i have asked for countless times (taking the car back and refunding the amount i have paid - something they seemed to avoid like the plague). I hope JW Autos can settle this with the method above as i feel they have violated many FCA conduct rules with this sale, if not i will proceed with the Motor Ombudsman to resolve this nightmare. I am hoping to hear from them this week but am not keeping my hopes up due to past experience. Do not buy from here at all costs, have seen a few people experience the same thing!

Sold me a faulty 2021 car. Claimed it had been serviced but engine lacked oil and tyres were semi-flat. Communication has been awful, completely ignored me fir a week and four weeks later no progress. Not worth the risk. Do not buy from them.

Purchased a car in 2024 which was an unpleasant experience. Zero negotiation on price, absolutely nothing and act like they are doing you a favor selling it to you. Always claiming no margins in the car you are after despite the owners Lamborghini parked outside. Walked out without them offering even £50 off or some fuel but it was my sons first purchase and he had set his heart on it so purchased a couple of days later. A year on and another child wanting a car we tried it again with a different salesman but the exact same experience. Even added £200 admin fee from the price on Auto-trader. Claims every dealer does this when we all know they do not. Walked away and bought one the next day that was in much better condition. Then got a call from the salesman at the end of the weekend asking if i had bought one. Tempted to say no as he was clearly calling to knock some money off but it was too late. Why not do that when i was there after travelling all that way then they would be happy with a sale and i would be happy with a purchase. Very strange way of doing business and i would never go back there again. Unless you want to pay their price + £200 I would avoid this dealer.

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from JW Autos Rochester on September 30th, 2024. Within a day of driving the vehicle, I noticed that the boot cover had a broken clip on one side, part of the clip was completely missing, and another clip had detached entirely. I contacted their team immediately to report this issue and was advised to follow up via email. Since then, I’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls in hopes of resolving this issue. Despite speaking directly with the director, Jack, who assured me that a replacement part had been ordered and would soon be shipped to me, nothing has arrived. It has now been over a month, and I’ve yet to receive either the replacement part or even a single update from their team. What’s more infuriating is that beyond this issue, the car came with other problems. The front wheel alignment was completely off, and the wiper blades were worn out. When I took the vehicle to the Range Rover showroom in Swindon, they informed me that this vehicle was wrongfully sold to me and that I could potentially claim the money back. I only reported the wheel alignment and the parcel shelf to JW Autos. They claimed they wouldn’t cover wheel alignment (which was fine by me), and instead promised to send the replacement parcel shelf that they had already supposedly ordered. Again, no replacement has arrived. Their customer service has been absolutely dismal—zero communication, false promises, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues amicably, they have consistently failed to act. Now, I find myself having wasted my time, effort, and money with this dealership. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from JW Autos, I strongly advise you to think twice. Their promises mean nothing, and their follow-through is non-existent. Save yourself the trouble. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
Returned to JW Autos after buying a car from them 3.5 years ago (that is still going strong!). Had a terrific experience with Jordan, who was friendly, informative and not at all pushy. Many thanks to Charlie who helped me complete my V5 and tax online, all while entertaining my ever so chatty 5 year old. Overall positive experience, and I’m sure I’ll be back again in a few years!

Avoid this company at all costs. They apply for finance in your name without your permission. Applied for £10000 for a £8500 car. They will comment to this to say it’s Warrenty blah blah blah but it’s not and that wasn’t explained. They have applied for multiple companies for £10000. I have reported to the fca, ombisman, action fraud and the police. I am now preparing a legal case for fraud and mis selling. They are now being investigated by the fca. They will write a load of rubbish back to this but you have been warned avoid at all cost and if you have used them check your finance paperwork
