First class service and no hassle or hard sell! We'll these guys know me better than most I'd say as I've been coming here for a while getting my cars. Today I picked up my range rover Evoque dynamic lux and this is my best car to date. Ross is top guy and lets you browse and test drive cars at ease...none of this sitting beside you as you take to the road! Great selection of cars to choose from with price ranges to match your pocket. Alan is well up on the cars also and either these guys will tell you which car will suit your needs and requirements. My wife has warned me to stay away from Kaim Park as their selection of cars always grabs my attention. 10/10 for these guys on advice and friendliness and most of all their brilliant selection of cars. On the whole this is a good place to get a car, the fleet is large and have a great selection of cars on site I was looked after by a gentleman called lee who was very helpful, however when trying to get help from other members of staff they were not as helpful and seemed to keep going back to lee. Perhaps customer service could be worked on, although im not saying it was poor because it wasnt At the time of purchase i let them know there was an issue with the bluetooth in the car, sadly i am still waiting on this to be resolved. I was initially given the wrong information on this. I still would go back and recommend because as i said theres a lot of cars to choose from
