I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KAIT MOTOR TO ANY ONE. BECAUSE I BOUGHT A CAR FROM KAIT AND THE DASH BORD SHOWS ME ENGINE MALFUNCTION SIGN JUST AFTER 10 MINUTES DRIVING THE CAR. WHEN I PHONED THE MAN IS SAID HE COMING BUT LATER HE SWITCHED OFF HIS PHONE. NEXT DAY HE MAKES EXCUSES AND ASKED ME TO BRING THE CAR TO FIX, AND THET SAID THE FIXED IT BUT AFTER 6 WEEKS OF PURCHASING THE CAR THE ENGINE GONE AND THE DEALER REFUSED EITHER TO REFUND MY MONEY OR TO FIX THE CAR. THEN I TOOK THEM TO THE COURT AND THE COURT ORDERED TO TAKE THE CAR AND TO REFUND MY MONEY LIKE £11,350. BUT SINCE THEY TOOK THEY DIDNT PAY BACK MY MONEY AND THEY SHUT THEIR OFFICES. WHEN ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS VISIT THE YARD TO SIEZ ASSETS, THEY SAID I BOUGHT THE YARD FROM kAIT MOTORS, AND STILL THEY TRADE AS BADGET CARS SOME WHERE IN west LONDON NEAR HEATHROW . NO NO NOT TO BAY ANY CAR FROM THEM PLEASE.

I've owned a car purchased from KAIT MOTORS for about 6 months now, and in 6 months I've had 6 problems. I cannot recommend these guys at all. All I got from them was a runaround. Initial problems with the car, they said they'd help repair and they did, until it broke again, at which point I decided to take it to a different garage and pay out my own pocket to get these people who clearly know nothing about cars away from me. The garage said there are some issues with the engine and will later down the line need to replace some parts, little to my knowledge did I know it would end up costing me so much! Just last week I started getting errors in sensors, a common problem for BMW 3 series'. After fixing this I went on a trip to visit family on which my engine management light came on. To my surprise, it's not a small fault, it's a fault that could end up costing me the cost of the car to rebuild the engine.

Not happy with Kait Motors and I would not recommend them, I was sold a total heap of junk. On first look is appeared nice but had so many underlying problems that only became apparent a few days later. When I called Kait Motors they just didn't care and were no help whatsoever. They didn't offer repairs on the car. Just discussed me sorting them out. Customer care at Kait Motors is non existent. Avoid.

Avoid this dealer.. We viewed a car, agreed a price and paid a deposit. On the day we went to pay the balance Kait Motors withdrew the car from the deal and refused to sell the car although it remained on their website at a 'higher' price than originally advertised.. A very unprofessional approach to car retail and a very disappointing, time wasting and angry experience for us having arranged insurance, finance and the sale of our previous car, Kait only seemed interested in their relationship with their supplier and not their end customer! This incident will certainly be referred to Tradings standards for investigation into Kait car sales practices.

I purchased a Mercedes A150 Classic from Kait Motors and I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my purchase! When I went to look at the the car the customer service provided was both honest and efficient and the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The car was exactly as advertised on their website in terms of the mileage and other specifications! The car runs smoothly and I have not been faced with any form of mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend Kait Motors to anyone who is looking to purchase a reliable car with a stress free experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A fantastic experience. The staff at Kait Motors were very courteous, helpful and well informed. I bought a BMW One series, which is running very efficiently. I am very happy with my car and feel I have made an excellent choice in regards to quality and value for money. I would definitely go back to Kait motors when purchasing a car in the future.

I purchased a BMW 318d from this dealer in 2013, and have had 14000 miles of trouble-free driving. I found the dealer to be very open and honest, and the car was exactly as described. Furthermore, I purchased it at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend KAIT Motors to anybody.

I like to change my car on a yearly basis and for the past three years I have been using Kate motors. Brilliant service brilliant cars. I would highly recommend this company. I've not had a problem for the past three years and will be using them next month for my next car
