THIS PLACE IS A ABSOULUTE SCAM PURCHASED A CAR FROM KC KARS THE CAR WAS PRESENTED TO MYSELF WITH SOMEONE CALLED BOBBY HE TOLD ME THE CAR WAS TIP TOP I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START WITH THIS CAR. THE INSIDE WAS DISGUSTING NOT LIKE THE IMAGES CAR WAS LEFT WITH THEM FOR A WEEK TO SORT OUT DENT BUT YET THE ARCH HAD A WHITE MARKING STILL SO I MADE CLEAR I WOULD LIKE THE CAR TO BE WASHED AND CLEANED. WHEN COLLECTING THEY CLAIMED IT WAS CLEANED BEFORE MY ARRIVAL YET WAS TOO LAZY TO VALET THE CAR SO MYSELF I HAD TO TAKE IT TO GET A FULL STEAM CLEAN AND WASH PAID BY MYSELF AS I CUSTOMER I SHOULDNT BE DOING THAT AND WAS NOT WILLING TO CONTRIBUTE FOR THE CLEAN. THE CAR HAD NO LIGHTS ON DASH THEN ALL OF SUDDEN THE NEXT DAY I HAD A ENGINE LIGHT ON KAY WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED ABOUT THIS BUT TOLD MYSELF "ITS PROBABLY JUST A SENSOR LIGHT AS THE CAR HAS BEEN PARKED AT THE DEALERSHIP. THIS WARRANTY SHE PRESENTS AT TIME OF SALE IS FULL OF CRAP THEY DO NOT COVER ANYTHING AND JUST TAKE YOURE MONEY. SHE HAS BEEN CONTACTED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS BUT NEVER SEEMS TO REPLY AS SHE ALWAYS CLAIMING TO BE AT A EVENT OR A WEDDING. SHE IS A VERY PUSHY AND RUDE PERSON WHO ENDS THE PHONE CALL ON YOU AND CLAIMS TO NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE CAR SHE SOLD TO A CUSTOMER BUT YET CAN SIGN THE PAPEROWRK FROM HER DEALERSHIP AT THE TIME OF SALE. SHE HAS PUT ME THROUGH A LOT AND ITS CAUSED ME TO HAVE A MENTAL BREAKDOWN BECAUSE OF THE SITATUION SHE HAS PUT ME IN. ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR I DO SAY AVOID THIS SO CALLED DEALERSHIP" THEY ARE JUST HUNGRY FOR MONEY AND DONT CARE HOW MUCH THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SUFFERING IN THE LONG RUN. TO ME HER CARS ARE NOT FIT FOR THE ROAD YET SHE CLAIMS THEY ARE TOP NOTCH STAY AWAY EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A CAR!!!

⭐ 1 Star I want to share my experience with KC Car Seller in Derby, specifically with the owner, Sanj. A few months ago, Sanj promised me an apprenticeship at his car dealership. He told me that all the paperwork had been completed and that everything was sorted with the college. I trusted his word and was really looking forward to starting. However, just recently, I received a phone call from the college telling me something completely different. They said they had been trying to contact Sanj for the past five weeks and had received no reply. They had even given him multiple deadlines to submit the necessary paperwork — the final one being today, Friday, 18th July — but unfortunately, he didn’t send anything at all. When I confronted Sanj about it, he suddenly told me that he couldn’t offer me the apprenticeship anymore. When I asked why, he simply said he didn’t know. Since then, he has ignored all of my attempts to get in touch. It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially after all the promises and reassurances he gave me. On top of that, I feel it’s important to warn anyone thinking of buying a car from KC Car Seller. Please make sure to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by a qualified mechanic before purchasing. I’ve seen firsthand that Sanj installs old, used parts in cars but tells customers they are brand new. This kind of dishonesty can lead to major problems and unexpected costs for buyers. Overall, I had a very negative experience, both professionally and personally. I trusted this business and was let down completely. I hope this review helps others to be cautious and ask questions before making any commitments with this dealership
