I purchased a car from KD motors on the 10th of September 2021 , when I collected the car I was advised there was only 1 key for the car and I could get a second one at an additional cost to me of 40-50 pound which I thought was strange , secondly when I arrived home there was a cracked passengers side wing mirror which after I contacted the garage they were aware of it and hadn’t addressed it ,I was advised that they would post one out to me to stick on , another point was the engine management light was on the car since I collected it and the car lost power when it’s running ,further more I was told the car had a new clutch fitted and a Receipt would be posted out to me needless to say it never arrived , I have now traded the car after ten days realising the car was not for me after the issues discovered ,overall I lost £1100 in the space of a week very disappointing service from KD motors

Heavy rust, dent on top, non working boot lock.. Bought 2009 reg car from this place. The car is heavily rusted (I mean really heavily). Hasan says it's normal for the age of the car, but honestly I haven't seen such heavy rust in any car I have seen on road. Spent £250 for repairs and £100 more expected soon. £250 excluding service and MOT. All these within 9 months from buying the car with just 1000 miles driven during this time. The lock on the boot doesn't work and there is a dent on top of the car. I did not notice the dent earlier and it's not mentioned to me during the sale. Not value for money, not a happy customer.

We are based approx 200 miles from KD motors and amid the COVID19 Spell we were unable to travel to collect our car. KD motors were kind enough to arrange delivery to us - at no extra cost as we are key workers. So happy with the efforts and the car is as described
