I bought a car from Kenedy Cars recently , on the drive home it developed an ABS fault which is obviously a saftety feature and should be of concern , as I live over 2 hours away it was not so simple to return the car, I notified the dealer immediately . I had My local Mercedes dealer checked out the car and they confirmed the problem that it had a faulty ABS sensor and pick up disc , this information was presented to Kennedy cars who showed no real concern , the basic feeling I got 'is they just would say whatever to buy time and avoid the repair cost of the car, they told me I had a good deal and the salesman would speak with his boss and never did I get an answer or acknowledgement of responsibility or any concern or intention to resolve the problem !! I went out of my way to keep the repair cost down and managed to have the car repaired for much less than MB estimated but Kennedy cars will not refund or even contribute anything , in my opinion they are not honourable , no trusty worthy and just reinforce the image of shady car dealers, I would not recommend anybody deal with them , they are unprofessional , the cars are not even cleaned properly nevermind serviced or checked properly before sale , I found in my car all the matts where soaking wet making the car steam up but strange thing was they had not be cleaned and full of dirt beyond the norm which required steam cleaning to remove the diesel/oil impregnated not what you would expect on a £12k Merc that they described as immaculate despite all the wheels being kerbed !!

I bought a seat Leon and although I don't have a lot of experience buying cars, Danny made it really simple and guided me through the whole process from start to finish whilst maintaining that excellent costumer service. The car was also lovely and clean just like it was advertised.

Car was clean and the whole deal from start to finish was first class . Couldn't fault it. The car I bought drives great and was in 1st class condition.

Shocking garage, never I repeat never buy a car from this garage, mine had that much wrong with it there isn't enough space and time to list it all, you'll regret buying from Kennedy cars.

Went to buy a Clio from Kenedy Cars that still had finance on it. Cant sell a car with finance on it. Tried to get me to say to my finance company that it was clear. I have a witness to this. Never leave bad reviews ever. I usually just take no notice. Guys attitudes not great. Still fighting to get £100 deposit from them. Now had to go through Visa disputes. Constantly told Manager has to okay refund. Who is the manager? Think if he wants to run a good business he ought to teach his staff to have decent manners. I would recommend Parks Motor Group for a car 100%.
