I recently bought a car from Keywise Cars that I'm going to keep for a short while then trade in, Gerry the mechanic is okay bloke but I feel he's up against it, I personally can't wait to get rid of their car and move in, I had to fight to get £200 back. Would I buy another car from them no way. I advise people to take the AA or RAC with them, my problems will soon be over when I get my v5c and I trade it for a shogun I feel for others.

I purchased 2 cars from Adam at KEYWISE, i had a couple of minor faults on the cars which were both rectified very quickly by jerry without any fuss at all. I will be buying another car there in the future, and wish them well. Surprised at a few of the negative reviews here but as we all no, some customers are impossible to please, IF YOU WANT A BRAND NEW CAR GO AND BY A BRAND NEW CAR.

Bought a car from Keywise Car Sales in January. Appeared to be in good condition for its age and mileage. However, we have had a number of issues that have not been completely resolved by Keywise. Took the car back three times for repairs. After the third trip to Keywise, it appeared that one of the issues had been solved, however, after a few days of use, it became clear that it hadn't been fixed. Many of these issues are similar to those that other customers have that have also provided in their reviews. For example, the excessive corrosion beyond what you would expect for age/mileage on the undercarriages which is covered with a black paint of sorts and then flakes off revealing the rust a few months later. Now having to take the car elsewhere to get these issues resolved as the car is out of warranty. Would I recommend Keywise? Easy. No.

Really poor service from Keywise Car Sales. Drove 150 miles to discover that the car in mind was sold. Kyle knew I was interested in the car, was coming to see it, had my details and contact number but didn't bother to call me when the car sold the day before.

We came to view a car last weekend that was for sale at Keywise Car Sales, although it was well over recommended guide price we thought it would be in excellent order only to find it certainly did not meet our expectations and to be told the vehicles were priced to sell and that they never reduced any vehicle even though we pointed out several dents in the body work and rips in the upholstery also the vehicle only possessed one key they commented by saying that is the luck of the draw and perhaps the vehicle was not for us obviously we wont be going back to that garage on principal so stay well away.
