I cannot believe the review that i have just read about Kidlington Garage.The chap that wrote it must have got the garage name wrong! I have dealt with the management at Kidlington garage for approx 10 years, even at their previous address in Woodstock .Over these years i have purchased over 8 cars for myself and my wife ,every purchase i have made has been dealt with in a very professional manner and i could not ask for better after service. In fact i have just brought my latest car from Kidlington Garage its a gem of a car and at an amazing price what more can you ask for from a garage that sells secondhand cars, thats right secondhand, not NEW which is where perhaps the last chap should have looked if he wanted absolute perfection, good luck with that chap....... My advice to all reading give KIdlington Garage a go you will not find anywhere better.Keep it up guys you do a great job and your customer service is amazing!

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa as a run around and had a brilliant experience. Saw car advertised and rang same day to say we wanted it. Carl had it ready for my husband to collect an hour later. Lovely little car even though 16 years old, fair price, honestly described online. We have driven 260 miles since buying it a couple of days ago and are thrilled. Friendly, straight talking, no sales pitch people who we wouldn't hesitate to go back to or recommend. Took the angst out of buying a motor after being badly let down elsewhere on the same day. Sold me a car that’s faulty from day one and I was told it was bullet proof and years of driving!! My disabled wife almost had a lorry hit her due to the gearbox fault and they assured me was ok!! What a liar and now won’t help even though I have a warranty but stalled to drag it out over the warranty!!Bad service ! Kevin hangs up the phone. PEOPLE I WOULD NOT USE THIS GARAGE Share this to everyone as I have to over 10k people. I will keep sharing until my car is fixed as we didn’t even do 2k miles before breaking down?? Is that right for a garage to get away with this?? Part 2, The garage agreed to collect the car before Christmas and to sort the car out as it was sold faulty. I’ve just had an invoice today for 4K almost 4 months later. (Which I didn’t agree on and was totally unaware until the invoice was emailed today!) I was told it would be less than 1k by the mechanic to repair. I WASN’T advised of any parts that was purchased through the process and was told i just need a bearing and it’s a cheap part so a minor job which is lucky!! I’ve chased weekly for updates but had nothing ever time, I called Chris the owner today to discuss the large invoice that I knew nothing about to be shouted at and then he put the phone down, Now they hold my car ?? How you would feel as a customer about this.
