My daughter bought her first car from Kingsway only to find out days later that it needed a new clutch and gearbox! How the car was sold to us having passed its MOT is questionable. We took it back to be told it just needed a bit of lubricant! I guess dealing with two females who knew little about cars they thought they could tell us anything! Please do not fall victim to this company!

Came to them as needed a vehicle for ULEZ, they have a great selection which suited my needs and it's a very relaxed place to browse as no one hovers around you. Ended up buying from them as not pushy and always had an answer for any questions or queries. The car has been great so far 4 months in and anything I needed after purchase was handled professionally

My son bought a Hyundai from this garage. On day one the key fell apart and the wing mirror glass fell out, he was left stranded unable to use the car. After 30 days, all they’d managed was to botch the key and give him the mirror glass - they couldn’t even be bothered to get it fitted. He went there so many times and sent so many emails it started to get him down, it was his first big purchase at 20 years old. At times they patronised and intimidated him. I wanted him to refuse the car but he’d fallen in love with the car despite the issues. He was constantly lied to about how they were going to get a new key and have the mirror fixed. They delayed until they were through the 30 days. I would NEVER buy a car at Kingsway.
