I have just purchased a car from Ross and the whole experience was an absolute dream. Ross is a genuinely decent chap who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and made the process smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. We are delighted with our car and would not hesitate to recommend or return to purchase again from Ross and Kneeton Hill.

The experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. Communication was poor, updates were only given when chased, and I was repeatedly misled about the car’s condition and readiness. Even after requesting a refund, I had to follow up multiple times, and was met with vague responses like “the unwind process has started.” Only when I escalated to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and my credit provider did I finally get my money back. ⚠️ My advice to anyone considering this dealership: Keep all communication in writing. Use a credit card for at least part of the payment to ensure consumer protection. Be prepared for delays, excuses, and a lack of accountability. Do your research—this company has traded under multiple names and appears to lack transparency. I did attempt to provide a much more detailed overview of my experience but there's a word limit! So in short: I paid, I got no car, and I only got my money back through legal protections—not because Kneeton Hill did the right thing. 🚫 Proceed with extreme caution.
