After purchasing my car three weeks back and all my documents being proceed Knights fitted my private plates. Also cleaned and polished my car. Good service provided thanks to all the staff.

Bought a 3 year old BMW 320 M Sport in September 2016.Whilst signing paperwork salesman informed me that the car had been fully serviced and was not due another service until November 2017.Four months after owning car the service warning light came.Contacted Knights who informed me that the salesman had left so they could not verify what he had told me so were unable to help.Contacted BMW UK who straight away came down on the side of the Knights.Contacted Ombudsman who tried but informed me that Knights were not a member of their Code of Practice.As someone who has worked in the trade for 36 years I feel very let down by their dismissal of a customer and through my experience believe they have few return customers once experiencing their after sales care.Will now use another dealership for my next purchase so please do take heed.

Drove 100 miles to test drive a specific car having made an appointment for 3pm. Arrived 10 mins early and was told sales person just finishing with a customer. 3.20pm still waiting no offer of help from the numerous salesmen chatting. 03.25 asked for sales manager but nobody came. 03.35 left as nobody came to help. Several apologetic phone calls on the way home but will not buy a car from people who care so little about customers. Won't be going back to Knights South Staffordshire.
