Apparently this car I bought from KP Cars had a full years MOT and looked ok in the photos. As we live a long way from the dealer we used the AA to do a basic inspection and report, involving a 5 mile test drive. The car was in such bad condition, that the AA refused to do the drive. How on earth did it get a full years MOT with bald tyres and so many other faults? This alone tells you this dealer is dodgy. The AA check was the best money I have spent as it saved us not only the long trip to Essex, but also from possibly buying a near wreck for over £5000. AVOID.

Was in contact with KP Cars for several days, even spoke to him right before we left to view the car and purchase. He agreed for me to come and see the vehicle on the Saturday. After two hours of driving to the location, we arrive to find him shaking hands with another random customer who walked in off the street. Has no respect for customers and will simply respond with a “sorry mate”. He even had the audacity to jump between the two of us like we was on storage hunters trying to bid for the car. Not the way you would expect to be treated by a so called “trader”.

Bought this car on the 1st October from KP Cars - next morning it would start properly. Took 5 mins. On the 14th October 8pm on the way home the vehicle broke down. This was diagnosed as DPF issues. Sent vehicle to garage for full service and was told it would cost about £2500 to fix! The Car was bought for £5700. The guy trying to say the garage I took this vehicle to done this damage LOL. Seriously.

This place is discusting and should be shut down!we bought a car and two days later it was leaking diesel and we were told to not drive the car as it is not safe! When this leak happened our children were in the car the man did not care one bit!!!. After that we had another problem with the car which happened 4 days after the leak the whole time we are contacting the car dealer and basically he could not careless we told him we wanted to have our car back as this car is not SAFE!!!! He agreed but then did not want to return the money we paid on top he tried every excuse to not pay us in the end he did pay but not the full amount we paid him scum and ruthless comes to mind. When we tried to reason with him he would'nt have any of it and made soo many excuses it was pathetic. My advice to anyone who wants to buy a car from this liar and cheat DO NOT BUY !!

I bought a car from KP Cars and after 40 miles, the engine management light came on. I have since spend close to half the value of the car on repairs and he's offered a pathetic amount towards the costs! He kept saying that he needed to consult his business partner but when I looked on companies house website, he is the only person mentioned... when I took my car to my local garage, they seemed to think that due to how badly the dpf and egr valve were clogged up, there was no way that the management light wouldn't have come on sooner and intimated that it had been switched off by the seller in order to get the sale. Of course there's no way of proving it but given all his lying thus far, I wouldn't put it past his. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned...

I found this young man to be very pleasant and professional. The BMW I purchased is in top condition and very clean. I was given a fair price on my part exchange. what more could you want.

Whatever you do, do NOT buy from this dealer. The car I bought was faulty and he refused to do anything about it. I explained the consumer rights 2015 to him but he just ignored it. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
