Car was that worn was going to cost me another £1500 to put right, paid £4400 for black zafira, needed new injectors, new dpf system car was at the point of pumping fumes through the ventilation so had to scrap. Ignore all the rubbish LCH Cars say about looking after the customers, they offered me £200 towards and that's it! Asked them to buy the car back for half the price but turned down, dad with five children now stuck in debt, thanks LCH.

The problems started when we ran out of petrol halfway after driving barely a mile from the forecourt, since then numerous faults have been identified when I had the car checked over by a mechanic, it became clear the car had been in an accident or a crash before, none of which was disclosed to me at the time of sale. Very unhappy with this dealership and I would recommend going elsewhere

We find this not to be a true report as this person has not reported anything to us. We don't know who it is and what car this relates to, but I'm sure if there was a genuine issue like this they would of been back to us to try and resolve any issue if there was one! All our cars are genuine cars and are sold with AA cover & warranty & MOT. We think this is someone just being nasty and horrible. We do endeavour to to try our best to help our customers as much as possible.
