We were given all relevant information on the car and all our questions were answered. There was no pressure to buy or any sales gimmicks. They made sure I was 100% happy with the car before the sale was completed EG there was a minor issue on a door handle and the air-con needed re-gassing; both things were sorted out before I picked up the car. Pricing is very good; there are many cars out there that are older than mine and with double the mileage for about the same price as mine. Also, they seemed genuinely pleased for me at finding exactly what I was looking for. Even after the sale (when the salesman usually doesn't want to know you), I received a message from them, wanting to make sure everything was OK with my new car. I had been to many dealerships before finding "my car" at LTV... LTV are a breath of fresh air. They made car-buying fun and effortless. They are very professional, courteous and genuine. I purchased a Range Rover from Lancashire Trade Vehicle, practically sight unseen, in January 2018. I've now had it 8 months and cannot complain. Couple of issues with it but nothing to do with the sale of it to me. I would definitely use again. .First Class from start to finish.

Purchased a Mercedes off LTV and the service I received from my initial enquiry to collection was 1st class. I had a number of questions and queries during the process, all of which were dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner. I received a very fair price for my vehicle in part exchange and the condition of my new vehicle well exceed my expectations upon collection. Would have no hesitate recommending this dealership as this is the best experience I have had buying a car in over 30 years.

Bought a BMW X5 , drove up from the south to pick it up and surprise surprise the car wasn't ready, they then proceeded to take full payment when I declined they refused to return my deposit. The agreed to deliver the car a few days later on delivery they insisted on payment before inspection body work fine however the car was required a £400 service and new brakes and pads. Dealer agreed to address all however he later stopped taking my calls. The gearbox was also making a funny sound called the warranty company and surprise surprise nothing is covered another bunch of crooks. I have reported them to trading standards stay well away !!!

From south of France, was in communication with LTV for a week before travelling north to exchange my car for an Audi A8. Have waited two months before submitting review to reflect any problems post-purchase. In all comms Steve was quick to reply, succinct and immensely helpful. The preparation of the car was exemplary. All paperwork was in place and speedily completed. Unhesitatingly would recommend.

My views are same as JOSHHOWARD94.. i bought a car from Stephen at Lancashire Trade Vehicle (LTD) on his word so i didnt test drive it he even drove it to the end of the lane near the main rd.. so he must have noticed the brakes was rubbing/grinding i just put it down to the vehicle being stood.. He also told me the battery in the fob needed replacing!!! NO IT DIDNT!!! IT WAS FAULTY/BROKE !! main dealers wanted £320!!! then the cat part of the exhaust was rotten i was quoted £270 if my memory serves me correctly.. THEN ONE NIGHT WITH MY 13 YEAR OLD SON IN THE CAR ON THE MOTORWAY THE BACK SUSPENSION BROKE WITH THE SPRING LANDING ON THE TYRE!!!! LUCKILY ENOUGH I WAS IN SLOW TRAFFIC AT THE TIME OTHERWISE THERE COULD HAVE BEEN FATALITIES!!! i emailed LTV Ltd and asked him to contact me the following day and fair play to him he did but for him to tell me he was on holiday and wasn't back till the beginning of April and he promised me he would call me back again while on the call i asked him i would like to know who checks his motors over he assured me this would be sorted!!!! ohhh NOT TO MENTION THE OIL LEAK AND ALSO THE FRONT SUSPENSION!!! ive given LTV 3 weeks to call me back but nothing so thought i would put a review on here for all to see... even when i bought the car i said i see you have the odd bad review and he said yes it was a guy who bought the car but couldn't afford the payments !!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS GUYS SALES PATTER.....

I would never use / recommend these to anyone the quality of cars they have is appalling, I recently bought a bmw from there and have had nothing but trouble luckily with in 30 days so still a big dispute to get my money back I was assured it was inspected before picking up but I'm unsure who his inspector is but I'm sure stevie wonder would of done a better job I have been left with a broken car, total unwillingness to refund me and a mountain of problems that should of been sorted before picking up!! Don't buy from here!!!!!!!!!!!
