After many weeks pondering buying a newer car we settled on Lancaster vw! We were seen by Ben lambert who was very accommodating to all our questions and answered us in great detail! Ben provided me with a clear, informative and detailed video presentation of the car to put my mind at ease. I have to mention the exceptional service provided by Ben for answering all my queries and concerns and demonstrating great customer care.
