I recently purchased a car from VW Lancaster Morecambe, which required minor bodywork repairs before collection. The bodywork repairs they carried out were substandard (especially for a VW garage) and the dealership also changed the trade in value on my car despite previously receiving a confirmed amount verbally and in writing. They also damaged a Pirelli tyre while re furbishing the wheels and replaced it with a cheap Chinese alternative. I had to get VW Customer Services to intervene to get some money back from them. Totally avoid this dealership - I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!

The salesman Martin Cook was exceptionally helpful when I bought my 14 reg Skoda. I bought the car online and the car was delivered to me. After 2 months my car developed a gearbox problem and needed an expensive repair as the car was out of guarantee the garage held no liability. Martin Kindly arranged for a 50% payment for the repair. Would definitely buy from them again and I am very happy with the service. 5 out of 5 Stars

I bought a car for £38000 and within 3weeks started getting problems with it the gearbox and the car didn’t have run flat tyres on it and this company didn’t want to know so be aware not a happy customer you say you have no record of me buying the car well give me a call and I will send it to you don’t tell bull s???
