I bought a Honda HRV on the 23rd of december 2022 nearly 4 months later I am still waiting for the service history to be posted to me.I know it has service history because they sent me a walk round video of the vehicle plus the car was advertised with it this surely devalues the vehicle..
I'm one happy customer. I always had honda crv's.this time I had a change l bought a honda hr-v self charging hybrid, the sales staff Martin fish+Dan the manager couldn't do enough for me,they are a great team at cox motors would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle, don't hesitate, you won't get a better deal from them.ONE HAPPY MOTORIST,keep up the good work chaps.

I bought a Honda Harv about three years ago from Honda morecambe and was happy with the service got then saw I had no hesitation going back to them when changing our car. The gentleman Who looked after me was called Ashton a new member of staff you would not think he had only here for just four weeks he was polite listen to what I said answered all questions and if he did not know the answers he went and asked his mentor who was the manager, with out any hesitation i was then getting the right information and not getting a lot of waffle. I also think he knew there was someone there to help him. Also I got the deal i was happy with and Honda was too. I would not hesitate in sending any of my friends or family to Honda Morecambe.
