Absolutely terrible service, they manipulate people, refuse to pay back deposits and try to con people out of their money. The Sales team just pass you around so you can't speak to the manager and keep saying he’s with a customer or in a meeting. I can't imagine how many people will have had deposits stolen from these horrid people! Numerous phone calls to obtain a full refund but still nothing so Small Claims Court. Please AVOID..... This is the worst VW garage in the country and should be shut down.
