Karl from Landseer cars dunston basset deserves an award for his crude remarks that never end. I had to, let me remind you deal with 12 month of been given false hope before being rudely having a phone slammed on me, a remarkable way to conduct business and told finally instead yes a key would be made to no a key is impossible to make. My advise would be to gain knowledge in the field of car dealership and customer service before undertaking such a profession. If you struggle to accept my honest opinion and offer good honest service to customers then maybe we would not have to leave such negative reviews
Big let down and not reassuring to do business with, especially karle. Far from credible as what initially appears to be the case, avoid at all costs. My strong advise would be to avoid parting with your car payment upfront until what is agreed is honoured and resolved before purchase. I was told by Karl upon asking all the relevant questions prior to car purchase, ‘a spare key would be made no problem’ only to be handed a fake key and told a year later when confronting him on still not hearing from him regards progress of the key as had been agreed and his audacity with no call backs to keep me updated on progress. He ranted on that I should be grateful for all the effort he had made in attempting to make a spare key and that that would not be possible and had the phone rudely slammed down on me. I advise the likes of Karl to get all the knowledge and facts in place before selling cars to customers. Furthermore, I was handed over an uncut key instead that didn’t work at point of purchase, how deceitful and disappointing and in my opinion this is far from an appropriate approach to conduct business.

Bought car with Full Warranty only to find it was 'Capped' and does NOT cover any major mechanical failures. Dealer ignored 5 emails & 2 calls. Cost me £2870.

My advise if you do purchase from this dealer is to ask all the relevant questions prior tp purchasing a car and make sure no money is handed over until, as in my case, a real working key is handed over.
