Bought car with Full Warranty only to find it was 'Capped' and does NOT cover any major mechanical failures. Dealer ignored 5 emails & 2 calls. Cost me £2870.

Sorry to hear this RAC warranty paid for and supplied Your issue is with the RAC not me And the level of cover is consistent with all sub £10,000 vehicles Of the 500 cars sold yours is the only issue
Very bad end to what appeared to be a decent dealer. I asked all the relevant questions prior to purchase of a car and one of them being as any driver would want to know, prior to purchase, the spare second key. I would never had purchased the car had I not been confidently reassured a spare working key would definitely be made only to be told a year later after many attempts of endless chasing on calls, messages and hopeful talk, to get feedback on outcome and to be told i was unappreciative of his efforts to try sort the matter and had the phone slammed on me which was very rude. My advise if you do purchase from this dealer is to ask all the relevant questions prior tp purchasing a car and make sure no money is handed over until, as in my case, a real working key is handed over.
