Saying goodbye to my vauxhall astra after 20 odd years was emotional, but wow what a difference a few years make. I genuinely didn't realise technology had moved on so much 😳 My new kia Sportage is a massive upgrade and has made a huge difference to my driving experience. Choosing the right car dealership was crucial for me, especially considering my past experiences with dodgy dealers. Determined not to repeat my mistakes, I opted for Laundon Cars despite them not being local (about 1.5 hours away from where I live). I made my decision based on their excellent reviews. Before reaching out to enquire about a Ford Fiesta they had in stock, I researched thoroughly. Although I encountered a few initial issues with the car, I hesitated to bother the garage with them. However, they surprised me with an aftersales call, which is practically unheard of in this industry...most dealerships tend to lose interest once the sale is complete, but not Laundon Cars. I was genuinely grateful for the call, and they've generously agreed to help resolve the minor issues we've experienced under warranty. I couldn't ask for more... they've been honest, trustworthy, and, above all, fair. It's reassuring to know that not all car dealers are "bad eggs." Thanks Laundon for being so proactive. It's clear that you genuinely care about what you do, and that means a lot to customers like me.

The Toyota Yaris is quite a change from driving a 7-seater, that's for sure. It's much more suited to the wife for her trips around town, and the fact that she's enjoying driving it is the most important thing. Leo at London Cars was incredibly accommodating; he even stayed late for us, despite it being our fault for running behind on time in the first place. It was a very pleasant experience, and we'd like to thank Leo and the team for their professionalism and patience.

Leo initially gave me a blank stare when I first arrived - I could have sworn I was talking to his identical twin brother, haha! Despite that, I can't fault Leo & the lads who assisted me when I was buying the new A-Class for the missus. It was probably one of the easiest and quickest sales they've ever had, as we drove it away within an hour or two. Although we've had a couple of minor issues, the lads have sorted them out without any hassle. Overall, it's a reliable car from trustworthy lads. After driving my Smart car for a while, I thought it was time for an upgrade. I had a look online and this is when I come across the Mercedes SLK. I headed down to the dealership and I was greeted by Leo, bless him he was lovely and he couldn't of been any more helpful. After taking the car out on a test drive, I was happy to go ahead with it and I haven't looked back, it is such a good and reliable car. I am struggling to park it though because it is very different to a smart car, but this isn't the cars fault its mine. Knowing that I had warranty on the car as I drove away, really did give me buyers confidence. I couldn't recommend this dealer enough 💖

The car wasn't actually for me but it was for my son and he loves the car, he also hasn't mentioned about any issues so I have no complaints. The salesman was perfect on the day, he was very professional and helped to answer all of our questions about the car.

Leo was just brilliant! I purchased a Ford Focus from here and the car has been amazing, I use it everyday and I've not had any issues with it. I was in a rush on the day that I purchased it as I had a meal to get to, so I didn't have the chance to take the car on a test drive but Leo was very understanding of this and pushed all the paper work through as quick as he could and I made it to the meal! I'm very happy.

I bought my Audi A1 form here and its been amazing!!. I love it. Leo was such a helpful gent when I was there, he explained everything so clearly I couldn't of possibly got confused with anything.
