My Jaguar F-Pace has been great, no problems at all apart from getting a random puncture 🤦‍♂️ The whole process was very straightforward and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I did it all online, I had the car delivered and they made sure they got it to me on time. They even drove up from Knutsford at like 3am to make sure they were with me by 9am when they said and then they took mine back for the part-exchange. Gary and Darren were helpful, friendly and just no hassle. I even said to my friend that they weren't like traditional car salesmen, there were no hard sales at all. They were very laid back and made me comfortable with the whole thing. No complaints at all, even though I am the other end of the country I would have no qualms going through the process again for my next car.

Gary was very helpful when my wife and I went to look at a Fiat 500 X. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always happy to help. Even when we needed some work done with the brake discs he was still keen to get it sorted for us so we had the champion service all the way through, it didn't end with the sale. It was all just tip top.

I aren't in the area often so when I saw they had a Mini come in, I jumped on it while I was there. They were so good with me and got it all sorted quickly for me even though it had only just come in and I was keen to take it away ASAP. I was impressed that they got it serviced and MOT'd so quickly, it was very much appreciated. The whole process was pretty painless apart from my bank declining the payment at first 🤦‍♂️ They were super patient though while I rang the bank to approve the payment and things. I am just very happy with the experience and how easy it all was. My Mini is so good and is running perfectly too!

Great place! I would recommend them to anyone. I have had 4 cars off them now and they have all been brilliant. My latest Discovery 4 is running beautifully and I can't wait to take it to South Wales at the weekend when I go on holiday. I even bought a scooter from them which isn't what they usually sell. It has broken down with it being sat for such a long time but Gary is getting it all sorted for me and he couldn't do more for me if he tried.

These guys give an absolutely brilliant service! I well and truly got the luxury treatment when I was there, they couldn't do more for me. From the first time I went to see them they were really really good with me. They got all the paperwork sorted and even sorted the tax for me so I literally didn't have to do a thing. They sorted out swapping everything from the vehicle I was trading in to my new Jaguar F-Pace so I could just drive it away. I took it to Southport the day after I bought it too so it had a good run out and it was fantastic!
