Bought a transit connect a while ago. Couple of days later clutch was slipping, they changed the clutch with no quibble. I was very pleased with service, and would buy another from Leatherhead Van Sales.

I went and brought a van which looked lovely and was good value for money, I thought I was getting a great deal!!! On my way home from buying the van I heard a noise, I then rang Leatherhead van sales to explain the noise. They started getting very rude and angry on the phone saying I must have hit a curb or something to make the noise. This is not a trustworthy dealer, I would tell others to avoid them and look elsewhere for a van.

The vehicle came back to us as the tracking was out and only noticeable at high speeds of 70mph upwards. We had tried organising finance for the customer to no avail but ended up being a cash sale. The customer had driven it before buying and not noticed any issue. We tried to rectify the issue but ended up refunding the customer due to his very aggressive nature and couldn't see anyother resolve. The van was re-sold less than 24 hours later to a very happy customer for the full money who is without complaint.
