Was purchasing a car, paid the deposit, organised the collection date then a manager called smugly demanding more money once everything was sorted . Wouldnt go anywhere near

Unfortunately i cant write what id really like to say about my experience with Frank at Leeds Audi. Complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Consistently didnt follow up on promises and fulfil his duties. Lack of adminitration of documents has resulted in debt collection letters over a car part ex'ed to leeds audi more then 6 months ago. What an absolute disgrace to the industry, not the level of care id expect from a 'main dealer'.

Frank and Curtis have delivered excellent professional customer service throughout buying my new used Q3. Both members of the team kept me fully informed on delivery and offered advice and guidance on sales and the correct car for my needs. They have also provided great after care Customer Service which has been really impressive! Thank you! I would certainly recommend Leeds Audi for excellence!

On 4/10 /21 Booked my Audi S3 21reg into leeds Audi to have some softwear on the car updated on getting car home notice my front wheel had been kerbed phoned audi leeds up and spoke to a lady on the phone but after speaking to her she bascally said i carnt prove it had happend at audi as there is no checking car in process and checking car out on collection then i was told manager would be in touch still no call after 2 weeks customer service at leeds is a total joke not pleased at all

A very disappointing experience. I brought an Audi S6 at the end of August I travelled up from the South around a 4 hour drive on the strength that everything was sorted and it wasn't. I then had to wait several hours before I could drive the car away. To be fair to the garage they offered to pay for meal out to the value of £150 and stayed true to there word after a little chasing. I just paid £45,000 for a car and I can't connect to the app because I don't have a code. Salesman has promised but lied through his teeth to avoid sending this on its now mid November still no code even thou he said he had it weeks ago. I have finally given in and brought it through my local audi dealer it took 3 days to arrive. I won't buy another car from that dealer franchise and I doubt I'll buy another Audi. And all because of £63. Now I have the worry of an additional security code out there for my car.
