This is the second time that I bought an amazing young man called Sebastien to the show room. We were met by Lewis Davis who has a fantastic report with Sebastien. I was in the Leicester showroom on Saturday and it was a great experience. The staff were really helpful especially Alvin the sales man that looked after. He was lovely & very helpful. All the staff were very friendly & efficient

Booked car in due to engine light coming on to get issue rectified & got approved local garage to look at it 1st, was told it would be covered by recall as know failure of part so got it booked in on a Friday they had it the whole day, & rang at 17:30 to say you can pick up on which was impossible to get there before they closed at 18:00 due to distance & city traffic. Anyway got there Saturday morning waited around half an hr, upon receiving keys I asked had issue been resolved & was told yes to which I questioned so no more engine light on. Only to be told they did an software update & engine light was still on, I then replied nothing has been resolved then & the man gets all defensive with we updated the software. I informed him that was not the reason for the car being booked in, told me leave it with me & I will call you on Monday as have to get a work order to get it dealt with. A whole month of me ringing them each week & no one getting back to me & trying to get this work carried out. This place is a clown recruitment centre you just get passed around from one department to another, no one seems to communicate with each other, so much for calls are recorded for monitoring & training purposes !

Airbag recall.. Scam Warning Be warned, I received a recall letter stating there is a recall for front airbag issues and the vehicle should be booked in to a Mercedes main dealer so we did at our local (Leicester) MB dealer, the initial experience was good as the work was allegedly completed. A few weeks later an airbag warning light appeared with a message stating should consult main dealer immediately then it went off. A week or so later it came back on an we contacted the same dealership. They booked the vehicle in and gave us a slot for just over two weeks later and informed that it was safe to use, The vehicle was dropped off on the day of the booked appointment and after the technician had carried out investigative work, they informed that the fault is not airbag but the steering column and will cost just under £600 to rectify. The vehicle is 64 plate and has only done 30k so we did some research and the found there has been no issues with the steering column, so we went back to the dealer and stated that the warning light is exactly what the recall has stated by manufacture MB and several other sites like Auto express. However, MB dealer are adamant that it’s the steering column, digging further on the net we found that there has been incidents that during a recall dealership would alleged to have carried out the and claim from manufactures but no work would have been carried out. After lengthy discussions they have reduced the quote to just over £400 as a good will gesture to carry out work that should have been done under recall If you do use this or any main dealer request proof of work being carried out, some dealers provide a short video clip to confirm the work carried out, I will be taking the matter further as I feel this is a way for dealership's to scam money out of you. My star rating for this dealership is a 0. Staff need an attitude check as well as the complaints system being a one sided and supportive of the dealership. I want my car fixed and will consider legal action.

Very disappointing afternoon at Mercedes Benz Leicester. Had made an appointment to test drive a C class estate at 2.45pm with a view to purchasing the 3000 mile estate that was in stock. Finally we saw a different person at 3.30pm, he did apologise for the delay but had no idea what we had come in for. When we explained he said he would have to get it out of the showroom. Unfortunately we could not loose any more time, so had to leave. On the way home the phone rang 4 times with their number and then rang off. It had taken us 40 minutes to get into Leicester, we were very disappointed, as he took all our details and we had taken in our driving licences for the test drive.
