This place is a joke they are absolute bare faced liars they have wasted my time constantly lying over the phone and I kept getting a different person calling me every time I finally spoke with the director who at first lied about being someone else and put the phone down when he was caught lying I have all recorded calls from them and they will be seeing me and my solicitor very soon They should be shut down

Bought a Van from them back in July, mechanically the van is just a wreck, hand brake barely holds brake discs down to nothing, they put new pads so there's no light on the dashboard. Total scam they never answer phones never return emails! I Don't know how this crooks are getting away with this. Strongly avoid this garage, if you buy a van with them it's a wreck mechanically. They trap people by saying its still under warranty, when you take it to a dealer it won't get fixed in a week and will cost you thousands for hire cost. You've been warned ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Glad I read your review. I was going to see them Friday. I emailed Sunday afternoon To go and see a van. “Appointment only” it says. Had no reply all day Monday. Rang them to be told. We will ring you back before 5. Guess what. No call. No email.
I will not recommend even my enemy to purchase a van from this company. They sell vans with problems and later if detected never bother to repair it but want the customer to pay for it
Fl67PKA Ford Transit 2017 paid £15000 bought with 52,000 on the clock 82,000 timeing belt snapped looking at £6000 for a new engine Total waste of money Ford stated 140000 and 10 years for a timeing belt change These vans come into LVC and are just cleaned up and put up for sale Bit of advice Put a small deposit down it’s none refundable The 3 months warranty not worth the paper it’s written on Don’t bother with the year one not 1 good review you are not covered for anything

Hi I am another person that this crooked company has totally miss sold me a terrible van i was told that the years worth of warranty was the best one you could ever have with breakdown and courtesy vehicle but when I needed the warranty for breakdown I called them at 21:30 Tuesday evening and they told me they had no details of the van or me so I had to wait in the van all night until the next morning to get in touch with lvc to get the information for the warranty so I wattsapp messaged seb from lvc at about 7am explaining the situation and he replied saying that he was not starting work until 9:30 am and I would have to wait until then to get the information I needed so he called me back and said that the warranty was the one that is the best one you could get including breakdown and courtesy vehicle then sent me the warranty details so when the warranty company finally found the details they told me that I had no breakdown cover or courtesy vehicle and the warranty I was sold is the most standard warranty you can get and only costs £340 which lvc sold me for £700 which I have the signed documents that shows the cost price they sold me it for the warranty company also said that on the warranty certificate lvc has put on there that they had given me the warranty for free as a goodwill gesture which I also have proof of I am in process of legal action against this joke of a company so if you would like to join me in getting the money back plus loss of earnings as I’m self employed and now haven’t got a van to go to work in I think the more information and evidence of the corruption of this company the better chance there is of stopping these thieves from conning anyone else out of their honestly hard earned money you can put a response on my review if you want to proceed They need to be stopped and I have lots of proof showing the lies they tell and the fact they are corrupt Thanks and hope to hear from you soon

I have had a nightmare with this company and I have proof of the miss sold warranty they are selling I also have recorded calls with them bare face lying to me and I’m in the process with solicitor to claim my money back also costs for loss of earnings and getting their corrupt company banned from trading they need to be stopped from taking peoples honest hard earned money I would be happy for you to join me if you would like to leave a response to my review and we can sort something out

Yesterday I bought a van 2017 Ford Transit. Excellent van! Immaculate one! Peter and Sebastian were very helpful and friendly. They are attentive and you can talk with them freely. If you have money to buy an excellent used van then this is the right place! But if you want a bad one don`t go there. Of course, we must be sincere. Excellent used vans must require money to buy it, but this means there will be no problems afterwards. I am very happy with them and I want to buy another three vans with them. I can tell you, if you go there to buy a good used van, you will not lose your time!
