I assumed that buying an almost new car sight unseen during a Pandemic would be risky; especially when negotiating on the most expensive car I have ever bought. However, following my buying experience with Lexus Milton Keynes (February 2021), my concerns were proven totally unfounded. Having made a tentative on-line enquiry, Glenn Millward promptly sent me a personal presentation video showcasing the RX450h I was interested in. The car was prepared beautifully and mindful that cars tend to look better in film, Glenn took the time to show close-ups of the wheels and bodywork to assure the perfect condition as described. Glenn also fed back a lot of experienced knowledge and comparative driving characteristics which gave me a good incite of the car in lieu of a test-drive (which was not possible under lockdown restrictions). After confirming my trade-in and cash deposit, Glenn sent my proposal through same day; including a screen-price reduction, the numbers Glenn sent me came in significantly below my expectation so I accepted the proposal and bought the car remotely, not being able to shake hands on the deal. Associated paperwork received next day as assured, forms were remotely signed and returned electronically. A very easy, simple, seamless and fluid process; all in all an extremely well managed remote buying experience. Upon collection, my new RX450h F-Sport Takumi Pack was presented beautifully, expertly detailed and pristine with all extras I had requested in place. Prior to collection, Glenn sent me a number of handover videos demonstrating the very many features, infotainment system and technology; all extremely useful and good to refer back to with so much to take in! Glenn Millward looked after me throughout the whole process, he answered the very many questions I put to him and took time to keep in touch long after collection; my satisfaction clearly mattered to him. In summary, I cannot recommend Lexus Milton Keynes, Glenn Millward and the current model Lexus RX450h enough. The Steven Eagell franchise as a whole deserve the exemplary reputation for Lexus customer service and although I live circa 90 miles away, they are my dealer of choice. Upgrading my car through Glenn and Steven Eagell Lexus Milton Keynes during a global Pandemic was a breeze, and furthermore the whole experience was a pleasure. And the RX is every bit the car I was assured it would be, and some; it is Lexus’s best kept secret.
Last week Glenn Millward at Lexus Milton Keynes sourced for me my third pre-owned Lexus RX (a real beauty!) and completed the exchange of my old one in record time. Glenn could not have been more helpful and efficient and no detail was overlooked. I was truly impressed. Will definitely be going back to him for my next upgrade in approx 3 years time. The whole experience could not have been more pleasurable. And this applies to all my dealings with Lexus Milton Keynes over the past several years. Their customer service is really top-notch and I'm thinking here not only of Glenn and the sales team but also Paul Colby and the after sales / servicing team. It's a pleasure to do business with these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough.
We conducted the sale and purchase via salesman Ali . This gentleman is a true credit to your company he was very easy to deal with and made the whole procedure a pleasant experience . Needing to replace my RX 450h which I bought from Glenn Millward at Milton Keynes over 10 years ago and even though we live in Oxford we did not hesitate going back to Glenn when we need to replace it. I have come away with a beautiful RX 450h F-sport - thank you Glenn, would not buy a Lexus from anyone else.
On Tuesday 28th July had appointment at the Showroom to discuss purchasing a replacement for my IS 300H that I purchased as new 2 years ago. That was my first experience of dealing with Lexus and the Sales Executive that dealt with me again was Zulfqar Ali, and again as last time was highly professional and attentive to myself and my wife with the outcome being that I ordered a new IS 300H after concluding this was the best model for our requirements. The standard of the Showroom is impressive and, despite the Covid 19 restrictions and precautions, Zulfqar ensured we were put at ease as did Reception. We didn't require a test drive as we have been enjoying the Hybrid experience for the last 2 years.
I purchased my vehicle, Lexus IS 300H Advance, on from Lexus Milton Keynes on Monday 20th July, I was looked after by Sales Executive, Zulf Ali. He showed me the vehicle, explained all the workings etc, then took me for a test drive. On return to the showroom, we discussed the price and the deal he could offer me in consultation with the Sales Manager, Aamir Malik. I was happy with the price and concluded the deal. I found Zulf Ali a very professional person, very pleasant, courteous, polite with a very cheerful persona. There was no pressure tactic applied at any stage, which I liked. Thank you Zulf for looking after me. I have no hesitation in recommending Lexus Milton Keynes. p.s..Great coffee, had two cups! 😊
Just pick up a used Range Rover Evoque from Lexus Milton Keynes. The salesman (Paul Birkett) was brilliant, he made buying the car an easy choice, he explained everything, as best he could during the coved 19 restrictions, he went through all my buying options and found me a great deal. Thanks Paul

I dealt with a salesman Glenn, right from the off he had a great manner excellent product knowlwdge and a clear love of the brand. His knowledge and assurance resulted in me putting a deposit down on a RX450 which I hadn't even seen. When I saw the vehicle I wasn't disappointed it was exactly as he said it was so I bought it. He gave me a great deal and made the process of spending a considerable amount of cash a pleasant one, thanks Glenn excellent service.
Great experience, they seemed genuinely customer focused and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't want. They serviced the car and cleaned it inside and out before they handed over the keys, I'm a very happy car buyer..
