Would not recommend. I have been waiting for a car on motability for almost a year now. It is clear they didn't even submit my order then blamed me for cancelling the order when I suggested other colours of the car could be an option. Every week they say it will be here next week or at end of the month and now a year has passed. We have been without a car for almost 2 months now and they don't seem to care. I will be taking this to the motor ombudsman.

When i was purchasing a car the ‘salesman’ was going back and forth to the manager and i saw them in the back office on a number of occasions laughing and pointing in my direction. I thought i was getting a good offer but then saw the car online considerably cheaper. When question apparently there was an ‘admin error’ and they could match the revised price. I cancelled the car and went to a more favourable Lexus dealer. Total con Artists

We were looking for a second car to replace our Nissan Juke last July. Having searched for a suitable car, we came across the Lexus 250UX at MK Lexus dealership. We knew straight away we have found the car of our choice. We were greeted by Sayful Alam and we couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to assist us. Within 24hours we have gone back to purchase the car from Lexus. Thank you for a class A service and and very friend dealership. This was our second car we have purchased from Steven Eagell in 24 months.
Repaired my IS250 in a very professional manner. Checked it carefully before delivering it back to me. Very courteous people, kept me informed and did exactly what they said they would do. Great price too. So much better than going to an independent garage (in my experience). I used to drive Mercs, now it's Lexus all the way for me. Strongly recommended.
