I ordered the Kamiq in June 2021, after problems with Covid and Computer chips I finally took possession on 16 March 2022.. Steve Lambert who organised the PCP was the perfect man for the job. He was most helpful and considerate especially with the documentation. Since driving the car I have realised how cars have advanced in 11 years since my last new car. The car is exactly what I expected and wanted.
I have dealt with Lightcliffe Skoda for 3 years. They are the best car dealers I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving. The team are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful without putting pressure on you. They offer a great deal, and after sale service is second to none. The showroom is always immaculate. The Service Department are really caring and helpful. Sadly I have today given up my car due to age and health. Liam the manager was so kind and helpful and made the process very easy. Having never dealt with Skoda before and in the midst of a pandemic the level of service received from salesman Daniel Preston was amazing,We completed everything via e-mail or phone and collection of new car could not have been easier even under covid restrictions.Thank you very much and the new Karoq is brilliant.

First time I have bought a car from a big showroom, and all I can say is I was'nt disappointed with the level of customer of service demonstrated by Shane Clarke at Lightcliffe Skoda,who handled our purchase. This was the car I kept coming back too when viewing others online, so I think I had already made my mind up. Shane helped with all of the spec and sent a video of the car direct for my viewing. He went at my pace with paper work,explained everything in full detail and within 5 working days I drove away with our new car. Once everything was approved. It was a smooth transaction, car was valeted, MOT'd and overall very impressed with my purchase esp the attention Mr Clarke paid to the detail of our new car as he also helped demonstrate some of the features of the car at time of hand over. It's the first time I have bought from Lightcliffe Skoda, though I have owned as the second owner a Skoda Octavia previously that was not purchased through a franchised dealer. From the moment I contacted them, and that was via messaging, they were on the ball. My contact Shane Clark was helpful, not pushy, but gave me all the information necessary on the vehicle I was interested in. A test drive was arranged and Shane Clark provided everything needed for it to go smoothly. He then provided all the information for me to make a decision which I did. I collected the vehicle a few days later, with them keeping me updated on how things were going in between without going overboard. I got the feeling that however much you spent they would treat you with respect and look after you. I like their approach, and it gave me confidence in them and that any problems, which I doubt I will have, will be resolved promptly. They are one of those that you would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Bought a car in nov 2019 . Just asked for judgement in a small claim after Skoda’s defence was barred. Thank you Skoda for your appalling service, John Sharp, I did say I’d see you in court . Now I’m just waiting for my cheque with added costs.

Having not bought a car for a number of years I was concerned about having to negotiate through a constant stream of pushy salesmen...this was definitely not the case! Shane was extremely helpful, he promised the used car I chose would be ready to go on a date we agreed. The car was prepared to an excellent standard, he sorted all the legal documents, handover the keys & that was it! Thank you Shane & your team
