I had an all-round great experience when buying the car - all really professionally done and smoothly handled - and I drove it away that afternoon without any fuss. I had one query after buying it and they couldn't have been more helpful with getting a minor detail quickly sorted.

Bought a ford focus at a competitive price. There were a few minor issues which Matt was happy to resolve before we received the vehicle. There was an issue with the tyre sensors, which was out of his control, but he made every effort to get this issue resolved. The garage that works alongside the dealership is a German car specialist and weren't wholly comfortable sorting out the tyre sensors on a ford. Would recommend Lincoln Marks as somewhere to find a good second hand car.

I’ve now bought 2 cars of this lovely little BMW specialist , all the cars are immaculate and I haven’t had a moments trouble with either , they have a great reputation in our area , Lincoln Marks Motor Co are very highly recommended
Absolutely the worst experience in buying a car I have ever had. We agreed a price over the phone after viewing it earlier that day. The deal was done and I was giving my card details over the phone for payment, only for the MANAGER to cancel my payment whilst literally on the phone and offered the car to someone who just walked in and interrupted the phone call. I was absolutely lost for words. I have never experienced such an unprofessional approach in business in my life and clearly don’t care about customers, apart from taking your money. I would not trust them at all, and I would strongly recommend NOT buying from Lincoln Marks Motor Co.

Bought a BMW 5 series from Lincoln Marks Motor Co, all the cars were beautifully presented, very professional and friendly, had the car for 4 months now with no problems. I will definitely go back.
I am very happy with my BMW from this dealership. I have had no issues with it at all and I have had it since August. It was in beautiful condition when I received it and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Paid nearly £12000 for a Jaguar took the vehicle back once when there was a knocking noise and a warning light on the dash they looked at it but never repaired it then it broke down and needed a new intercooler took it to an independent jag specialist and had it serviced at the same time garage told me the vehicle needed £1500 worth of work on bushes etc went back to dealer and was fobbed off wouldn't recommend them at all once they have your money there not interested there awful

We are very confused about this review. The customer returned the car to us after four and a half months saying he'd been told that it needed work to the suspension, even though the car had been MOT'd before sale with no issues . The workshop felt that the car had been driven hard on bad roads which had caused the damage but as a goodwill gesture we offered to pay £600 or replace the bushes but he wanted to take it back to his own garage . We have not heard from this customer since. It is a shame that even when you go the extra mile to help customers you can't win them all!
Excellent experience with Lincoln Marks Motor Co! I purchased a VW Golf Back in June. The car was immaculate and runs really well and was very good value for money. I have had no issues with it at all. I had to travel around 90 miles to get this car but I am glad I did it was definitely worth it. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

I recently bought a Jaguar from this dealership back in May. The service was of a very high standard and the car was in really good condition! I did get a warning light but I took it back an it just needed a new part which they sorted straight away. I would recommend.
