Do not go to trust Ford for anything its is the worst dealer ship. The staff are not helpful at all they just want a quicker sale to get them self some money in there pocket once you leave they don't to know want to you. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and I have never been so disappointed and shocked with the car and my experience. After 6 weeks of buying the car it developed a fault and the car would not drive straight and had an issue with the gearbox. I contacted TrustFord and got no reply and when I did someone was to call me back and never did, the vehicle had been off the road for almost 6 weeks I decided to contact the warranty company myself and after much debate they agreed to let me take it to another garage to get the car driving straight and I could leave it in when I could eventually get an appointment with ford. After only 6 weeks driving the vehicle it required 4 tyres, 2 drop links, and a track rod end. After costs started to rise I tried ford again and still no reply so I started a complaints procedure and the very next morning I received a phone call to get the car booked in. After taking it from the other garage and leaving it in with ford the vehicle also required 2 bottom arms and a gearbox a lot of work for a vehicle I have just bought. I got the car back and it drove fine for a few hundred miles and again the fault reoccurred and the vehicle would no longer drive straight again. I contacted ford and they said the vehicle was now out of warranty, I took the vehicle to Nissan and again the car needed more parts and they advised me of another track rod end and 2 bottom arms as the ones that were fitted were not good. I took the vehicle to ford who confirmed the bottom arms need replaced but I have to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my vehicle booked in to be repaired again. I have had this car for 7 months now and it has been off the road for 4 of those months, it has gathered more miles on test drives than I have driven the car and I am having to borrow cars to get me about. I bought this car from a reputable dealership as I thought that I was going to get a better vehicle and one that was going to last and be hassle free however this is far from the case, i am having to wait almost 3 weeks for a parts warranty repair and I can get it in to Nissan in a number of days I will not be back to ford, I would rather pay Nissan another £500 to repair my vehicle than have ford fix it for free as i am disgusted with the whole process.

I went to Boucher Road branch for Trustford Belfast looking for a car for my daughter(s) and had a test drive with Chris who was very helpful. When I asked about other suitable vehicles around the same age and money, he accessed the stock list at Newtownards Road branch and confirmed by email that a vehicle I was interested in was unsold. I went straight over and was met by Joe who was equally helpful. He showed me the first car and told me of a second car that was just in and still in the workshop for service and cleaning. He took me over to the workshop and I agreed to buy the car. I don't normally write reviews but Chris could have tried to talk me into the first car to secure his sale, and Joe could have tried to talk me into the second car to avoid having to travel to see a car that wasn't prepped. So top marks to both guys for putting the customer first.

I purchased a Mini from here last year. I have had numerous issues with it and have actually rejected it. Before the issues, the car had to me sent back on more than one occasion to be properly cleaned! They made numerous mistakes and were pretty useless. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.
