Can I just say thank you very much for our new car which we love. We are delighted to have bought the car from yourselves and was particularly impressed with Ethan who handled our purchase with impeccable professionalism. We had not viewed the car in person due to the distance from our home but Ethan made this problem irrelevant. His video of the car was thorough and detailed whilst being personable and friendly. To his credit we never felt like we were being sold a car, he simply presented the car to us and allowed us time and space to make the decision. This stood out in stark contrast to most of the salesman we have met in our search for a new car who always tried to manipulate the sale. Can I also say thank you for your after sales care which continues to be evident long after the sale has been completed. It is this kind customer service that sets you apart. We are new converts to the Toyota family and if the service we receive from our local dealership is half as good as the service we have found with yourselves, we will be happy for many years to come.

Having financed my car through listers Grantham last year with the excellent finance and sales department, I’ve just had some regular maintenance done via the service department and again experienced the same fantastic service. The dealership has a great atmosphere, Thank you to all of the team.

I paid a deposit on a bmw x3, the cost was £13985 however as i continued looking at x3s i came across the same car at their boston dealership for £12490!! alarm bells were ringing, when questioned on this they said that their prep for that car was superior to boston even though boston was a bmw main dealer! anyway they were prepared to knock £300 off lol, you can imagine my response, suffice to say be wary of these scoundrels.

This is the first car I've bought in 20 years of driving where i would happy go back tomorrow and buy another car from them. Robert (our sales man) was very informative, we had no pressure sales and any question i asked was answered. Between Robert, Craig and Mathew alone i will happy coming back for my partners new car. I must add as well the young lady on reception was lovely, friendly to talk to with a smile and each time we came in offered us something to drink, making us feel very welcome.

Illana could not have been more helpful towards me in handing over my Auris, I am 82yrs and have no memory and I am as very deaf which is not helped by me leaving my Deaf aid at home !! She went over every single Switch and Gadget and electronic device .Reviewed my Car insurance with SAGA and got an alternative Quote for Toyota Car insurance which saved me approximately £260. which I accepted, She then arranged for me to cancel my SAGA insurance which has resulted in a big refund. All in all, a great asset to Listers Toyota Grantham brilliant team.
