If you don't want to finish in mental health hospital like me avoid this company! Bought a car in November, after 7 weeks breakdown, estimated cost in bmw service 7300. No solution after month. Same bullshit on the phone (if they want to answer your call). Many stories about another temporary car and then I've been told to pick up from garage. Of course without a car i have opportunity to pick up another one 160 miles away and then drop them off back after couple days. How ridiculous it is! If you don't want to lose your money and health stay away from this company!!!!

I have had a very good experience purchasing my BMW from LKC Motors. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. When I got the car it was clean and just as it was described on Auto trader. I have had the car for a few months now and had no major issues with it. It was a good price and they gave me a more than fair amount for my old car. I would recommend!

I bought a navigation upgrade for my Range Rover Evoque in January, but immediately ran into problems, as it was supplied with an incompatible upgrade code. I was assured, that this could be resolved with the original supplier (Navteq), and had a good level of initial correspondence, as the information was supposedly exchanged between the dealer and supplier. However, as soon as the 28 day purchase (return/refund) period was up, all of my correspondence has since been ignored. If this garage can do this with something as straightforward to resolve as a navigation upgrade which isn't exactly 'big bucks', then beware with what they could do, if you buy anything substantial from them and then find you have an issue.

Really good price for what I paid. This was in December just gone when I bought the car from LKC Motors in Worksop Notts. I have already recommend LKC to others
